Twentieth day of quarantine. Here in Brazil the CHINESE VIRUS has already killed 553 and infected 12,056 people. In the United States, impressive and sad numbers: 10,000 deaths and 347,000 infected. The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson is interned in an U.T.I in London, victimized by the accursed CHINESE VIRUS.
I received some emails alerting me to the fact that by calling Covid 19 a CHINESE VIRUS, I would be fueling racism against Chinese around the world. I want to make it clear that I do not blame the poor Chinese citizens, but the damned Chinese Communist government. Be patient: the United States, with just over 327 million people, already has 10,000 confirmed deaths, while China with its 1.5 billion people, makes light of the intelligence of any ordinary person in claiming that only 3,000 Chinese died in their territory. Furthermore, when naming the CHINESE VIRUS virus, I am just stating the obvious, the virus came from China, probably from the ingestion of exotic animal meat by the miserable rural population. I'm sorry that the truth sounds so aggressive to some people. Speaking of communist nations, North Korea also claims to have no case of Covid 19 so far. Venezuela (that beautiful country where zoos do not exist anymore because the familial population has even devoured lions and elephants. There are also no more dogs and cats on the streets), in the person of its dictator Nicolas Maduro, says he also has no even one infected in that blessed country, where equality is so great that everyone is equally miserable. I'm not even going to talk about Cuba, the favorite communist country for every socialist-caviar, with Che Guevara shirt and iPhone in hand.
Meanwhile, here in São Paulo the Governor of the State extended the quarantine until April 22. Even so, some stores have opened and there are a lot of people on the streets. The governor is a really tough guy. He said that in the near future, anyone who disrespects the quarantine will be warned, fined and even may even be arrested. I would like him to have the same attitude towards drug dealers and drug addicts in Cracolândia. To friends outside Brazil I explain that Cracolândia (literally Crackland in Portuguese) is a popular denomination for a region of the city of São Paulo, which is notorious for high incidence of drug trafficking and drug use in public. It is located within the central region of the city, near Luz Station.

Vigésimo dia da quarentena. Aqui no Brasil o VÍRUS CHINÊS já matou 553 e infectou 12.056 pessoas. Nos Estados Unidos, números impressionantes e tristes: 10.000 mortes e 347.000 infectados. O Primeiro-Ministro do Reino Unido, Boris Johnson está internado em uma U.T.I em Londres, vitimado pelo maldito VÍRUS CHINÊS.
Recebi alguns e-mails alertando-me para o fato que ao chamar o Covid 19 de VÍRUS CHINÊS, eu estaria alimentando o racismo contra os chineses em todo o mundo. Quero deixar claro que não ponho a culpa nos pobres cidadãos chineses, e sim no maldito governo comunista chinês. Tenha paciência: os Estados Unidos, com pouco mais de 327 milhões de pessoas, já tem 10.000 mortes confirmadas, enquanto a China com seus 1 bilhão e meio de pessoas, faz pouco da inteligência de qualquer pessoa comum ao afirmar terem morrido apenas 3.000 chineses em seu território. Além do mais ao nomear o vírus de VÍRUS CHINÊS, eu estou apenas constatando o óbvio, o vírus veio da China, provavelmente de ingestão da carne de animais exóticos pela miserável população rural. Sinto muito que a verdade soe tão agressiva para algumas pessoas. Por falar em nações comunistas, a Coréia do Norte também afirma não ter nenhum caso de Covid 19 até o momento. A Venezuela (aquele belo país aonde os zoológicos não mais existem pois a população famélica devorou até mesmo os leões e os elefantes. Também não há mais cães e gatos pelas ruas), na pessoa de seu ditador Nícolas Maduro, afirma que também não tem nem mesmo um infectado naquele abençoado país, onde a igualdade é tanta que todos são igualmente miseráveis. Nem vou falar de Cuba, o país comunista preferido de todo socialista-caviar, de camisa do Che Guevara e iPhone na mão.
Enquanto isso, aqui em São Paulo, Joaõ Doria, o Governador do Estado, prorrogou a quarentena até o dia 22 de Abril. Mesmo assim, algumas lojas abriram e há muita gente nas ruas. O governador é realmente um cara muito durão. Ele falou que, num futuro próximo, quem desrespeitar a quarentena será advertido, multado e até mewsmo poderá ser preso. Gostaria que ele tivesse a mesma atitude com os traficantes e viciados em drogas da Cracolândia. Eu creio que haja cracolândias em todos os estados do Brasil, mas se alguém não sabe, a Cracolândia (por derivação de crack, crack+lândia = terra do crack) é uma denominação popular para uma área no centro da cidade de São Paulo, nas imediações das Avenidas Duque de Caxias, Ipiranga, Rio Branco, Cásper Líbero, Rua Mauá, Estação Júlio Prestes, Alameda Dino Bueno e da Praça Princesa Isabel, onde historicamente se desenvolveu intenso tráfico de drogas e meretrício. Fica mais propriamente situada no bairro de Santa Efigênia, e coincide parcialmente com a região da Boca do Lixo.
