Lens Head Type B Mecha Robot Paper Model - by Shunichi Makino

Occupying fourteen printed sheets and with detailed instructions, this paper model of a Mecha Robot Lens Head Type B was designed in 2007 by Japanese designer and model maker Shunichi Makino, from the Sci-Fi Papercraft website. 

On the page itself (in Japanese) Mr. Makino informs that this Mecha has fixed legs, but the upper part of the body (head and arms) is movable. 

Although he created it in three color variations (in the third photo of this post you can see the gray and titanium versions), only the urban camouflage version is available for download. 

The Lens Head Type B (Battle) Robot Mecha is a mecha that appears in a science fiction story by Shunichi Makino. It is a general-purpose military humanoid mech developed based on a standard Lens Head. 

It can be used for general tasks depending on the accessories installed. In the story created by Mr. Machino, the Lens Head is 8 feet tall.

Ocupando quatorze folhas impressas e com instruções detalhadas, este modelo de papel de um Mecha Robô Lens Head Type B foi projetado em 2007 pelo designer e modelista japonês Shunichi Makino, do site Sci-Fi Papercraft. 

Na própria página (em japonês) o Sr. Makino informa que este Mecha tem pernas fixas, mas a parte superior do corpo (cabeça e braços) é móvel. 

Embora o tenha criado em três variações de cores (na terceira foto desta postagem você pode ver as versões cinza e titânio), apenas a versão camuflagem urbana está disponível para download. 

O Mecha Robô Lens Head Type B (de batalha) é um mecha que aparece em uma história de ficção científica de Shunichi Makino. Ele é um mecanismo humanóide militar de uso geral desenvolvido com base em um Lens Head padrão. 

Pode ser usado para tarefas gerais, dependendo dos acessórios instalados. Na história criada pelo Sr. Machino, o Lens Head tem 2,5 metros de altura.

My Adventures With Superman - Superman And Clark Kent Paper Toys by Mr. Dmand

Created by Spanish designer Mr. Dmand, from Dmand Mini Papercraft website, here are two nice paper toys of Superman And Clark Kent, inspired by the tv show My Adventures with Superman. 

My Adventures with Superman is an American animated superhero television series based on the DC Comics character Superman.

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC Entertainment, with animation outsourced to Studio Mir in South Korea. The series premiered on July 7, 2023 and second season is currently in production. 

The story follows Clark Kent as he builds his secret identity as Superman and explores his mysterious origins, and Lois Lane, whom Clark develops a crush on and vice-versa, who is on her way to becoming a star reporter. 

Teaming up with photographer and Clark's best friend Jimmy Olsen, the trio breaks the stories that matter and save the day against many villains in the city of Metropolis, while also contending with Task Force X.

Uma Musume Pretty Derby - Curren Chan Paper Model In 1/7 Scale by RageBurster

Created by designer and modeler RageBurster and originally published on the official Pepakura community website, this is the 1/7 scale paper model of Curren Chan from "Uma Musume Pretty Derby". 

"Uma Musume Pretty Derby" is a Japanese mobile game based on a multimedia franchise where girls have horse-like characteristics and compete in horse races. 

Curren Chan is a playable character in the game, inspired by the famous Japanese racehorse "Vermilion Bird." 

She is depicted as a confident and competitive girl with racing-related abilities, and players can train and compete with her on various tracks and events in the game. 

You will find the model in two formats: JPG and PDO (Pepakura), so you can print the model with the JPG format and use the PDO format as guide, because it can be visualized in 3D. 

Using Pepakura, when the file opens, you will be asked for a password. 

Just ignore it and click on the option "open with Pekaura Viewer" that appears right below the password space.

Curren Chan é uma personagem jogável no jogo, inspirada no famoso cavalo de corrida japonês "Vermilion Bird".

Red Dog Saloon Paper Model - A 2011 Papermau Original ModelRevised Version - Download Now!

With a week of delay, here is the Red Dog Saloon, ready for download. This is a revised version of the original model posted here in 2011, in the early months of the blog's existence. Who would have thought that Papermau would still be active after more than a decade, right? 

 Well, the model is basically the same, I just modified some parts, like the roof, to optimize the assembly. I also created an illustration showing where each piece goes, a sort of assembly guide. 

As you may have noticed, despite continuing to publish at least one post daily, I haven't been posting as much as before because I lack time. 

The hustle and bustle of real life has not allowed me to dedicate myself to the blog as I would like, but I always try to post at least one new thing a day because, as I've said many times before, this blog is not profitable but therapeutic. 

I really enjoy the hobby and like cutting and folding ordinary pieces of paper and seeing things take shape. Even today, after so many years, I still learn, get distracted, am surprised, and mentally rejuvenated with each assembly I do, whether it's a model I created or one by another designer. Whether it's a very simple model, just one sheet, or a complex architectural model with 20 sheets or more. 

Well, duty calls, so I leave you with the Red Dog Saloon.

Com uma semana de atraso, eis aqui o Red Dog Saloon, pronto para download. Esta é uma versão revisada do modelo original postado aqui em 2011, nos primeiros meses de existência do blog. Quem diria que Papermau ainda estaria ativo depois de mais de uma década, não é mesmo? 

Bem, o modelo é basicamente o mesmo, eu apenas modifiquei algumas peças, como o telhado, para otimizar a montagem. Também fiz uma ilustração mostrando aonde vai cada peça, uma espécie de guia de montagem. 

Como vocês devem ter percebido, apesar de continuar publicando ao menos um post diariamente, eu não tenho publicado como antes, porque me falta tempo. 

As correrias da vida real não têm permitido que eu me dedique ao blog como eu gostaria, mas sempre tento postar ao menos uma novidade por dia porque, como já disse várias vezes, esse blog não é lucrativo, mas é terapêutico. 

Eu realmente gosto do hobby e gosto de cortar e dobrar pedaços ordinários de papel e ver as coisas tomando forma. Até hoje, depois de tantos anos, ainda aprendo, me distraio, me surpreendo e me revigoro mentalmente com cada montagem que faço, seja de um modelo criado por mim ou por algum outro designer. Seja um modelo bem simples, de apenas uma folha, ou um modelo arquitetônico complexo, de 20 folhas ou mais. 

Bem, o dever me chama, então deixo vocês com o Red Dog Saloon.
