Truck And Caravan Papercraft Set - Revisited After Almost 13 Years by Papermau - Download Now!

Almost thirteen years after its original publication, I am bringing back to Papermau this small set consisting of a truck and a caravan, two simple models that perfectly represent the way I used to create papercrafts at that time and that, in many ways, is still part of my creative process today.

The original post was published in December 2013, when these two vehicles appeared on the blog as some of the final original models of that year. Since then, many things have changed, both at Papermau and in the tools available to those who enjoy creating paper models. Even so, I thought it was worth recovering this project, reorganizing it and presenting it again to a new generation of modelers.

The truck and caravan were drawn and colored almost entirely using the good old MsPaint. All the lines, shapes, colors, body details, wheels, doors, stripes and small parts were created directly in it using very simple tools. The only exceptions are the windows, which received their green gradient effect in Paint.NET. At the time, this small detail helped create the impression of tinted glass and gave the vehicles a little more depth.

It is important to say that, for me, MsPaint is not merely a reminder of an old phase of Papermau. I still create complete papercrafts with it today, from the first sketches to the textures and final details. Even with the existence of much more modern and sophisticated programs, MsPaint remains a valuable and, at least for me, very effective tool. I know its features, its limitations and the small tricks that make it possible to create surprisingly detailed work using such an apparently simple program.

Looking at these models today, it is easy to notice their very geometric and straightforward style. This is not a flaw, but part of their personality. They were designed to be easy to print, cut out and assemble, without excessively small parts or complicated fittings. Their boxy shapes and clearly defined lines also make them good projects for beginners or for anyone looking for a quick and uncomplicated build.

The truck has a look that recalls the small utility vehicles of the 1960s and 1970s. Its red and cream color scheme gives it a cheerful and slightly nostalgic appearance. The caravan follows a similar combination, with a gray upper section, a red lower body and light decorative stripes along its sides. When placed together, the two models form a harmonious set with plenty of personality.

They can be used separately or as part of a small travel scene. They also work very well in dioramas, model railway layouts, role-playing games, wargames and rural or roadside settings. Because of their simple shapes, the models can also be used as a starting point for custom versions, with different colors, license plates, logos, luggage and other small details.

For this republication, I tried to preserve the spirit of the original work completely. I did not redesign the models or try to transform their simple shapes into something more modern. I only prepared a cleaner presentation, with new images showing the truck and caravan from different angles.

After almost thirteen years, this small set remains a reminder that complicated tools are not necessary to create a papercraft. With patience, curiosity and a willingness to experiment, even a simple program such as MsPaint can continue to be an excellent creative tool.

Quase treze anos depois de sua publicação original, trago novamente ao Papermau este pequeno conjunto formado por uma caminhonete e um trailer, dois modelos simples que representam muito bem a maneira como eu criava papercrafts naquela época e que, em muitos aspectos, ainda faz parte do meu processo criativo atual.

A primeira publicação foi feita em dezembro de 2013, quando esses dois veículos apareceram no blog como alguns dos últimos modelos originais daquele ano. Desde então, muita coisa mudou, tanto no Papermau quanto nas ferramentas disponíveis para quem gosta de criar modelos de papel. Mesmo assim, achei que valia a pena recuperar este projeto, reorganizá-lo e apresentá-lo novamente para uma nova geração de modelistas.

A caminhonete e o trailer foram desenhados e coloridos quase inteiramente no velho e bom MsPaint. Todas as linhas, formas, cores, detalhes da carroceria, rodas, portas, faixas e pequenas peças foram feitos diretamente nele, usando recursos bastante simples. A única exceção são as janelas, que receberam aquele efeito degradê em tons de verde no Paint.NET. Na época, esse pequeno detalhe ajudava a criar uma impressão de vidro escurecido e dava um pouco mais de profundidade aos veículos.

É importante dizer que o MsPaint não é, para mim, apenas uma lembrança de uma fase antiga do Papermau. Até hoje continuo criando papercrafts inteiros nele, desde os primeiros esboços até as texturas e os detalhes finais. Mesmo existindo programas muito mais modernos e sofisticados, o MsPaint continua sendo uma ferramenta valiosa e, pelo menos para mim, muito eficaz. Conheço bem seus recursos, suas limitações e os pequenos truques que tornam possível realizar trabalhos bastante detalhados com um programa aparentemente tão simples.

Olhando para estes modelos hoje, é fácil perceber que eles possuem um estilo bastante geométrico e direto. Isso não é um defeito, mas parte de sua personalidade. Eles foram criados para serem fáceis de imprimir, recortar e montar, sem peças excessivamente pequenas ou encaixes complicados. As formas quadradas e as linhas bem definidas também fazem com que sejam bons projetos para iniciantes ou para quem procura uma montagem rápida e descomplicada.

A caminhonete tem um visual que lembra os pequenos veículos utilitários das décadas de 1960 e 1970. O esquema de cores vermelho e creme lhe dá uma aparência alegre e um pouco nostálgica. O trailer segue uma combinação semelhante, com a parte superior cinza, a parte inferior vermelha e faixas decorativas claras nas laterais. Quando colocados juntos, os dois formam um conjunto harmonioso e cheio de personalidade.

Eles podem ser usados separadamente ou como parte de uma pequena cena de viagem. Também combinam muito bem com dioramas, maquetes ferroviárias, jogos de RPG, wargames e cenários rurais ou rodoviários. Como possuem formas simples, os modelos ainda podem servir como ponto de partida para personalizações, mudanças de cores, placas, logotipos, bagagens e outros pequenos detalhes.

Para esta republicação, procurei preservar completamente o espírito do trabalho original. Não redesenhei os modelos nem tentei transformar suas formas simples em algo mais moderno. Apenas preparei uma apresentação mais limpa, com novas imagens mostrando a caminhonete e o trailer por diferentes ângulos.

Depois de quase treze anos, este pequeno conjunto continua sendo uma lembrança de que não é necessário possuir ferramentas complicadas para criar um papercraft. Com paciência, curiosidade e vontade de experimentar, até mesmo um programa simples como o MsPaint pode continuar sendo uma excelente ferramenta de criação.

The Steampunk Mansion Papercraft - by Papermau - Download Now!

After three posts documenting the development of this project, the time has finally come to release the Steampunk Mansion for download. What started as a small house gradually grew into something much larger, gaining towers, chimneys, exposed pipes and many other details along the way. After assembling the first test build, I was very pleased to see that the finished model turned out exactly as I had imagined it in SketchUp.

The PDF file consists of thirteen pages. The first two introduce the finished model and include a short fictional story about this strange building. The next four pages show the mansion from every angle: front, rear, left side and right side. These images serve as a visual reference during assembly and are especially helpful since this model does not include step-by-step illustrated instructions. Fortunately, it is a very straightforward model to build, and all the parts are arranged in a logical way.

The mansion itself, including all of its walls, roofs, towers and chimneys, is spread across just five pages. An additional page contains the optional base. To suit different kinds of dioramas, I created two versions of this base: one completely covered with weathered metal plates, and another using the same metal surface surrounded by grass, allowing each builder to choose the version that best fits their collection or display.

To make assembly even easier, nearly every part is numbered. The system is very simple: each part is glued to the matching part with the same number. In other words, part 01 is glued to the other part marked 01, part 02 to the other part marked 02, and so on. After assembling a few pieces, the logic becomes very intuitive and the rest of the model practically builds itself.

You will also notice that there are no markings on the roofs indicating where the towers and chimneys should be attached. This was done intentionally. I thought it would be much more interesting to leave that decision up to each builder. Feel free to experiment with different positions for these elements and create your own unique version of the mansion. After all, no two steampunk buildings should ever look exactly alike.

Another interesting detail is that I never designed this model with a specific scale in mind. It was only after assembling the prototype that I realized it ended up being very close to 1/64 scale. This makes it a great companion for die-cast vehicles of that size, as well as an excellent addition to dioramas, tabletop RPGs and wargaming layouts. The old pickup truck shown in the photos was included simply to give you an idea of the model's proportions.

As for the mansion's fictional story, I like to imagine that it once belonged to an eccentric inventor. Every time he built a new machine, he added another chimney, another pipe and another tower to the building. Eventually, nobody remembered what all those strange machines were actually built for, but they never stopped running. Maybe that is why the mansion has so many chimneys. Perhaps even all of them together are barely enough to release the steam produced inside. Or perhaps it is all just the imagination of whoever happens to look at it.

Depois de três posts mostrando o desenvolvimento deste projeto, finalmente chegou a hora de disponibilizar a Mansão Steampunk para download. O que começou como uma pequena casa acabou crescendo aos poucos, ganhando torres, chaminés, tubulações aparentes e vários outros detalhes. Depois de montar o primeiro modelo de teste, fiquei muito satisfeito ao ver que o resultado ficou exatamente como eu havia imaginado no SketchUp.

O arquivo em PDF é composto por treze folhas. As duas primeiras apresentam o modelo pronto e trazem uma pequena história fictícia sobre essa estranha construção. As quatro páginas seguintes mostram a mansão vista de todos os lados: frente, traseira, lado esquerdo e lado direito. Essas imagens servem como referência durante a montagem e ajudam bastante, já que este modelo não possui instruções ilustradas passo a passo. Felizmente, ele é bem simples de montar e todas as peças estão organizadas de forma bastante lógica.

A própria mansão, com todas as suas paredes, telhados, torres e chaminés, ocupa apenas cinco folhas. Há ainda mais uma folha destinada à base, que é totalmente opcional. Pensando em diferentes tipos de diorama, resolvi criar duas versões dessa base: uma completamente revestida por chapas metálicas enferrujadas e outra usando as mesmas chapas, mas com um gramado ao redor, permitindo que cada modelista escolha a que melhor combina com sua coleção ou cenário.

Para facilitar ainda mais a montagem, praticamente todas as peças estão numeradas. O sistema é muito simples: uma peça deve ser colada na outra que possui exatamente o mesmo número. Em outras palavras, a peça 01 é colada na outra peça marcada como 01, a peça 02 na outra peça 02 e assim por diante. Depois de montar algumas peças, a lógica fica bastante intuitiva e o restante da construção praticamente segue sozinho.

Você também vai perceber que não existe nenhuma marcação nos telhados indicando onde devem ser instaladas as torres e as chaminés. Fiz isso de propósito. Achei muito mais interessante deixar essa decisão para cada modelista. Assim, basta experimentar diferentes posições para esses elementos e criar uma versão exclusiva da mansão. Afinal, nenhuma construção steampunk deveria ser exatamente igual à outra.

Outra curiosidade é que eu nunca pensei em uma escala específica enquanto desenhava este modelo. Só depois de montar o protótipo percebi que ele ficou muito próximo da escala 1/64. Isso faz com que combine muito bem com carrinhos dessa escala, além de ser uma boa opção para dioramas, RPGs de mesa e cenários para jogos de estratégia. A velha caminhonete que aparece nas fotos foi colocada justamente para dar uma ideia das proporções da construção.

Quanto à pequena história da mansão, gosto de imaginar que ela pertenceu a algum inventor excêntrico. Cada vez que ele criava uma nova máquina, acrescentava mais uma chaminé, mais alguns canos e mais uma torre ao prédio. No fim, ninguém sabia mais exatamente para que servia tudo aquilo, mas as máquinas nunca paravam de funcionar. Talvez seja por isso que a mansão tenha tantas chaminés. Talvez nem todas elas sejam suficientes para liberar o vapor produzido lá dentro. Ou talvez tudo isso seja apenas fruto da imaginação de quem olha para ela.

Colorful Colonial Houses Papercraft - Three Color Versions by Papermau - Download Now!

Today I'd like to share another original model here on the blog. Actually, it's three versions of the same building, each with a different color scheme: yellow, white and red. All three are included in a single PDF file, but each building fits on just one printed sheet, making the assembly quick and suitable even for those who are just getting started with papercraft.

I designed this model entirely in the good old MS Paint, using nothing more than simple shapes and a lot of patience. Later, I decided to try something different and used artificial intelligence only to create more realistic textures, while carefully preserving the original design without changing the dimensions, the parts or the overall structure of the papercraft.

The architecture is fictional, but it was very loosely inspired by the colonial buildings of Minas Gerais, Brazil, especially those built between the 18th and 19th centuries. I wasn't trying to reproduce any specific building. The idea was simply to capture a little of the atmosphere found in those charming historic towns, with a subtle touch of fantasy to create a model that could fit into many different kinds of settings.

Besides building each house individually, you can also join two of them together at a right angle, placing one facing forward and the other sideways. Since the façades and rooflines follow the same design, the result looks like a larger building with additional windows and different roof slopes, creating a much richer appearance without requiring any modifications to the original model.

These little houses are perfect for dioramas, model railroads, tabletop RPGs, wargames and architectural displays. Since the PDF includes three different color variations, it's easy to build an entire street or a small village with enough variety to keep the scenery from looking repetitive.

Hoje compartilho mais um modelo original aqui no blog. Na verdade, são três versões da mesma construção, cada uma com uma cor diferente: amarela, branca e vermelha. As três estão reunidas em um único arquivo PDF, mas cada casa ocupa apenas uma folha impressa, o que torna a montagem rápida e acessível até para quem está começando no hobby.

Desenhei este modelo inteiramente no velho e bom MS Paint, usando apenas formas simples e muita paciência. Depois resolvi experimentar algo diferente e utilizei inteligência artificial apenas para criar texturas mais realistas, sempre preservando exatamente o desenho original, sem alterar as medidas, as peças ou a estrutura do papercraft.

A arquitetura é fictícia, mas foi muito livremente inspirada nas construções coloniais de Minas Gerais, principalmente naquelas erguidas entre os séculos XVIII e XIX. Não tentei reproduzir nenhum edifício específico. A ideia foi apenas capturar um pouco da atmosfera dessas antigas cidades históricas, acrescentando um discreto toque de fantasia para criar um modelo que pudesse se encaixar em diferentes tipos de cenário.

Além de montar cada casa individualmente, também é possível unir duas delas em ângulo, colocando uma de frente e outra de lado. Como as fachadas e os telhados seguem o mesmo padrão, o resultado lembra um prédio maior, com mais janelas e diferentes quedas de telhado, criando um visual bem interessante sem precisar de nenhuma modificação no modelo.

Essas casinhas são ideais para dioramas, ferromodelismo, RPGs, wargames e maquetes em geral. Como o PDF inclui três cores diferentes, fica fácil montar uma rua ou uma pequena vila com bastante variedade, sem dar a impressão de que todos os edifícios são iguais.

The Steampunk Mansion Papercraft - The First Test Build Is Complete by Papermau

Almost two weeks ago, I said that this Steampunk Mansion would be published soon, but, as you can see, the project ended up taking a little longer than I expected. The good news is that I have finally assembled the first test build, and the result turned out exactly as I had imagined and originally created it in 3D using SketchUp.

For this first build, I printed the parts without worrying about arranging them economically on the sheets. Since I was still testing the project, I printed several parts in different sizes, as well as some duplicate pieces, both to have spares in case I made any mistakes during assembly and to experiment with different proportions for the towers, chimneys and other elements of the building.

As expected, this improvised method resulted in using much more paper than necessary. In the end, all the parts printed in different sizes were discarded because the original dimensions of the model created in SketchUp worked exactly as planned. Some of the duplicate pieces were never used either.

But that was precisely the purpose of this first build: to find out, in the real world, whether what seemed to work on the computer screen would also work when printed, cut out, folded and glued together. Fortunately, there was no need to change the proportions of the project, and the final result turned out exactly like the model I had created in SketchUp.

The tall and irregular silhouette, the towers, the roofs at different levels, the balconies, the exposed pipes and the large chimneys produced exactly the appearance I had in mind since this project began to grow almost by itself.

What was originally intended to be just a small house eventually became a kind of industrial Victorian mansion, perhaps the home and workshop of some eccentric inventor, a place where strange machines work day and night producing things that no one outside the house knows exactly what they are meant to do.

The many chimneys, of course, are not there merely as decoration. Somewhere inside those walls there must be an enormous steam-powered machine filled with boilers, gears, valves, belts and mechanisms of questionable usefulness. Judging by the number of chimneys scattered across the rooftops, perhaps the entire system produces so much steam that not even all of them are enough to handle the job.

Perhaps the tallest tower hides an observatory, a workshop for flying machines or some strange device capable of drawing electricity directly from thunderstorms. Perhaps the small balconies are used by the inhabitants to get some fresh air whenever the smoke and heat from the boilers make it impossible to remain inside the house. Or perhaps the entire building is actually a single gigantic steam-powered machine disguised as a mansion.

Now that the first test build is complete, a less creative but equally important stage begins: arranging all the parts into templates that are at least reasonably coherent, economical and easy to understand.

Since I do not intend to create detailed assembly instructions, I need to find a way to arrange the parts on the sheets in a reasonably intuitive order, so that anyone who decides to build the model can understand how everything fits together simply by looking at the templates and the photographs of the finished model.

I still do not know exactly how many sheets will be needed. The idea now is to make the best possible use of the available space, avoid wasting paper and organize the parts so that the assembly does not become a steampunk puzzle as mysterious as the machines that apparently operate inside this mansion.

Therefore, the download will have to wait a little longer, but at least I can now say that the Steampunk Mansion no longer exists only inside SketchUp. It has finally taken physical form, made entirely of paper, and these images show the complete first test build.

Há quase duas semanas eu disse que esta Mansão Steampunk seria publicada em breve, mas, como vocês podem ver, o projeto acabou levando um pouco mais de tempo do que eu esperava. A boa notícia é que finalmente montei o primeiro modelo de teste, e o resultado ficou exatamente como eu havia imaginado e criado originalmente em 3D no SketchUp.

Para fazer esta primeira montagem, imprimi as peças de qualquer maneira, sem me preocupar em organizá-las de forma econômica nas folhas. Como ainda estava testando o projeto, imprimi várias peças em tamanhos diferentes e também algumas peças duplicadas, tanto para ter peças de reserva caso cometesse algum erro durante a montagem quanto para experimentar diferentes proporções para as torres, chaminés e outros elementos da construção.

Como era de se esperar, esse método improvisado resultou em um gasto de papel muito maior do que o necessário. No final, todas as peças impressas em tamanhos diferentes acabaram sendo descartadas, pois as dimensões originais do modelo criado no SketchUp funcionaram exatamente como planejado. Algumas peças duplicadas também nem chegaram a ser utilizadas.

Mas esta primeira montagem tinha justamente essa finalidade: descobrir, no mundo real, se aquilo que parecia funcionar na tela do computador também funcionaria quando fosse impresso, recortado, dobrado e colado. Felizmente, não foi necessário alterar as proporções do projeto, e o resultado final ficou exatamente como o modelo que eu havia criado no SketchUp.

A silhueta alta e irregular, as torres, os telhados em diferentes níveis, as sacadas, as tubulações aparentes e as grandes chaminés produziram exatamente a aparência que eu tinha em mente desde que este projeto começou a crescer quase por conta própria.

O que deveria ser apenas uma pequena casa acabou se transformando em uma espécie de mansão vitoriana industrial, talvez a residência e oficina de algum inventor excêntrico, um lugar onde estranhas máquinas trabalham dia e noite produzindo coisas que ninguém fora da casa sabe exatamente para que servem.

As muitas chaminés, naturalmente, não estão ali apenas como decoração. Em algum lugar dentro daquelas paredes deve existir uma enorme máquina movida a vapor, cheia de caldeiras, engrenagens, válvulas, correias e mecanismos de utilidade duvidosa. A julgar pela quantidade de chaminés espalhadas pelos telhados, talvez todo aquele sistema produza tanto vapor que nem mesmo elas sejam suficientes para dar conta do trabalho.

Talvez a torre mais alta esconda um observatório, uma oficina de máquinas voadoras ou algum estranho dispositivo capaz de captar eletricidade diretamente das tempestades. Talvez as pequenas sacadas sejam usadas pelos habitantes para tomar um pouco de ar quando a fumaça e o calor das caldeiras tornam impossível permanecer dentro da casa. Ou talvez toda a construção seja, na verdade, uma única e gigantesca máquina a vapor disfarçada de mansão.

Agora que o primeiro modelo de teste está concluído, começa uma etapa menos criativa, mas igualmente importante: organizar todas as peças em templates minimamente coerentes, econômicos e fáceis de compreender.

Como não pretendo criar instruções detalhadas de montagem, preciso encontrar uma maneira de distribuir as peças nas folhas seguindo uma ordem razoavelmente intuitiva, para que quem decidir construir o modelo consiga entender como tudo se encaixa apenas observando os templates e as fotografias do modelo pronto.

Ainda não sei exatamente quantas folhas serão necessárias. A ideia agora é aproveitar o espaço da melhor maneira possível, evitar desperdícios e organizar as peças de modo que a montagem não se transforme em um quebra-cabeça steampunk tão misterioso quanto as máquinas que aparentemente funcionam dentro desta mansão.

Portanto, o download ainda terá de esperar um pouco mais, mas pelo menos agora posso dizer que a Mansão Steampunk deixou de existir apenas dentro do SketchUp. Ela finalmente ganhou uma forma física, feita inteiramente de papel, e estas imagens mostram o primeiro modelo de teste completo.

The Ephemeral Museum - A Custom House Paper Model Assembled by Davi Roque

One of the greatest joys of creating paper models is seeing them come to life in the hands of other modelers. Each build becomes unique, whether through the choice of paper, the care taken during assembly or simply through the way the finished model is photographed.

Today I have the pleasure of sharing this beautiful build of my Custom House paper model, originally published here on Papermau in October of 2023. Inspired by small commercial buildings that can still be found in many towns and neighborhoods, this is a simple model to assemble, but full of little details that give it a lot of personality.

The model featured in this post was assembled by friend here form Brazil, Davi Roque, who kindly shared these photos on his Instagram profile. The build is very clean and precise, with an excellent finish, showing how even a relatively simple model can become a very charming display piece when built with patience and dedication.

One of the things I like most about the papercraft world is exactly this. A file is downloaded somewhere in the world, printed on a home printer, carefully cut out, folded and glued together and, little by little, gains an identity of its own. Even though the template is exactly the same, each modeler leaves a little of his own personality in the finished piece.

This is exactly the spirit of The Ephemeral Museum. To preserve these small paper creations before time inevitably plays its part. After all, paper is a delicate and ephemeral material, but photographs preserve not only the model itself, but also the talent, care and dedication of the person who built it.

My sincere thanks to Davi Roque for allowing me to share these images here on Papermau and, above all, for giving new life to this little project.

Uma das maiores alegrias de criar modelos de papel é vê-los ganhar vida nas mãos de outros modelistas. Cada montagem acaba se tornando única, seja pela escolha do papel, pelo cuidado durante a montagem ou simplesmente pela maneira como o modelo é fotografado depois de pronto.

Hoje tenho o prazer de compartilhar esta belíssima montagem do meu modelo A Custom House, publicado originalmente aqui no Papermau em outubro de 2023. Inspirado nas pequenas construções comerciais que ainda podem ser encontradas em muitas cidades e bairros, este é um modelo simples de montar, mas repleto de pequenos detalhes que lhe dão bastante personalidade.

O modelo apresentado nesta postagem foi montado por meu amigo aqui do Brasil mesmo, o Davi Roque, que gentilmente compartilhou estas fotos em seu perfil no Instagram. A montagem ficou muito limpa e precisa, com excelente acabamento, mostrando como mesmo um modelo relativamente simples pode se transformar em uma peça bastante charmosa quando construído com paciência e dedicação.

Uma das coisas de que mais gosto no universo do papercraft é justamente isso. Um arquivo é baixado em algum lugar do mundo, impresso em uma impressora doméstica, cuidadosamente recortado, dobrado e colado e, aos poucos, ganha uma identidade própria. Embora o template seja exatamente o mesmo, cada modelista acaba deixando um pouco de sua personalidade na peça finalizada.

Esse é exatamente o espírito do The Ephemeral Museum. Registrar essas pequenas criações de papel antes que o tempo cumpra seu papel inevitável. Afinal, o papel é um material delicado e efêmero, mas as fotografias preservam não apenas o modelo em si, como também o talento, o cuidado e a dedicação de quem o montou.

About the Ephemeral Museum:

I have been involved in paper modeling since 2005, although I had my first contact with paper models back in my childhood in the 1970s, through magazines that were sold sporadically at newsstands. I remember publications with houses to build and dioramas or playsets of airports, western forts, nativity scenes and similar themes.

With the advent of the internet, what happened was simply a revival of the papercraft hobby for me and for many other people of my generation. Today I am opening a new section here on the blog, The Ephemeral Museum, which is a place where I will show some of the models I have built over all these years.

I would also like this to be a space where fellow modelers can show their work, so if anyone wants to participate in this museum, just send photos of your work and a few words, if you like, to the email below:

Eu estou no papelmodelismo desde 2005, embora já tivesse tido contato com modelos de papel na minha infância, nos anos 1970, por meio de revistas que eram vendidas esporadicamente em bancas de jornal. Lembro de publicações com casas para montar e dioramas ou playsets de aeroportos, fortes de velho oeste, presépios e temas semelhantes.

Com o advento da internet, o que houve foi simplesmente um renascimento do hobby do papelmodelismo para mim e para muitas outras pessoas da minha geração. Hoje eu estou abrindo uma nova seção aqui no blog, o The Ephemeral Museum, que é um espaço onde irei mostrar alguns dos modelos que construí ao longo de todos esses anos.
