In the movie Star Trek (2009), directed by J.J. Abrams, there is a military transport ship that appears in a brief scene.
It was the model used by German designer and modeler Martin Sänger, from the website Paper Aviation, to create this papercraft of the military transport shuttle USS Enterprise NCC-1701.
Mr. Sänger says that the entire model is made up of 91 pieces divided into four sheets of paper and that, because it has clear lines and straight edges, it becomes a very interesting papercraft for beginners.
The scale is not given, but when printed on A4 sheets, the dimensions of the model are 23 cm long, 14.8 cm wide and 5.7 cm high.
