Pascal is a French designer and modeler and active member of Le Forum En Papier, where he kindly shares these beautiful paper models of his imaginary city, St Hy le Beau. He has created the building of City Hall, the National Guard a Chocolateria and the Post Office. Great models in 1/43 scale that are perfect for Dioramas, RPG and Wargames.
