On Darker Than Black, Japanese anime and mangá series, Hei, also known as the Black Reaper or BK-201, is a human who gained Contractor powers. 

He has worked with various organisations including the Syndicate and CIA. 

This nice paper toy version of Hei was created by my friend, the Philippine designer and modeler Paulo, from Paperized website.
