At delivery in October 1987, Commodore announced that the Amiga 500 would carry a US$699/£499 list price. In Europe, the Amiga 500 was released in May 1987. This very well done paper model version in 1/100 scale of the WW2`s Nakajima Kikka aircraft was created by Japanese designer Etsutan.
The Nakajima Kikka (Orange Blossom in Japanese) was Japan's first jet aircraft. It was developed late in World War II and the first prototype had only flown once before the end of the conflict. It was also known as Kōkoku Nigō Heiki (Imperial Weapon No.2). Several engineering problems made it difficult to finalize the project, but by mid-1945, the Kikka project was progressing well and, at this stage, reflecting the deterioration of the war situation, it is possible that the Navy considered employing Kikka as a Kamikaze weapon, but however this perspective has always been questioned due to the high cost and complexity associated with contemporary turbojets engines. - know more at Nakajima.Kikka.at.Wikipedia

Rocky Bergen is a Canadian industrial designer and creator of this miniature paper model of the 1985`s Nintendo AVS prototype videogame. Atari's biggest mistake was not the E.T. cartridges buried in the desert or the avalanche of bad games launched just to rip off consumer money. His biggest mistake was to have scorned and cheated Nintendo, refusing to partner with what could have been one of the most mythical video game consoles of all time.

Rocky Bergen é um designer industrial canadense e criador deste modelo de papel em miniatura do protótipo do videogame Nintendo AVs, de 1985. O maior erro da Atari não foram os cartuchos do E.T. enterrados no deserto ou a avalanche de jogos ruins lançados apenas para arrancar dinheiro dos consumidores. Seu maior erro foi ter desprezado e enganado a Nintendo, recusando a parceria com o que seria um dos mais míticos consoles de videogames de todos os tempos.

Created by British designer and modeler Alex Gwynne, from Fold Up Toys website, this is the Paper Exorcism paper toy. Alex said: - "On September 21, 1986, two priests arrived at the Martin Family home in rural Connecticut to investigate an apparent case of demonic possession. Only two people would leave the house alive. After confronting unspeakable dark entities and narrowly escaping with his life, a young priest descends into a new nightmare. This paper toy is fan art of the game Faith (chapter 2), an indie minimal horror game by Airdorf Games".

Criado pelo designer e modelista britânico Alex Gwynne, do site Fold Up Toys, este é o Paper Exorcism paper toy. - "Em 21 de setembro de 1986, dois padres chegaram à casa da família Martin, em Connecticut, para investigar um aparente caso de possessão demoníaca. Apenas duas pessoas deixariam a casa vivas. Depois de confrontar entidades obscuras indescritíveis e escapar por pouco com vida, um jovem padre volta para um novo pesadelo. Este é um paper toy fan art do jogo Faith (capítulo 2), um jogo indie minimal de terror da Airdorf Games".

Japanese designer Taki, from Paper Factory website, said: - "These are not accurate models. They are called SD (super deformed) models. Although it's basically a paper job, you can use toothpicks and bamboo chopsticks in addition to paper. For anyone who has never set up a paper model, it may be a bit difficult the first time, but if you put some machines together you end up getting the hang of it. The development is basically handmade. Do not worry about failures and mistakes. Do this as fun and not as an obligation."

O designer japonês Taki, do site da Paper Factory, disse: - "Estes não são modelos precisos. São chamados de modelos SD (super deformados). Ainda que seja basicamente um trabalho em papel, você pode usar palitos de dente e pauzinhos de bambu, além do papel. Para quem nunca montou um modelo de papel, pode ser um pouco difícil na primeira vez, mas se você montar algumas máquinas você acaba pegando o jeito. O desenvolvimento é basicamente artesanal. Não se preocupe com falhas e erros. Faça isso como diversão e não como obrigação.
