Malu, my Otaku daughter, always asks me to assemble paper toys of cute Japanese characters from anime, manga and also mascots, as this nice little pig, created by Greebo, for Kagoshima Prefecture. I used a common sheet of bond paper to smooth the model curves. The assembly was easy and did not take even half an hour. Occupying only one sheet of paper, it is a good model to train assembly of delicate parts. There is also a funny video, if I understood correctly, shows several mascots of Kagoshima region, each promoting some quality, specialty or tourist attraction.

The Mitsubishi A6M Zero was a long-range fighter aircraft operated by the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service from 1940 to 1945. 'course folks say she's haunted by that cranky old cuss that used to run bootleg whiskey all over the county. Heck, some folks even say... well, you don't wanna worry 'bout none of that, you just hop on in and take her for a spin, see whatcha think."
