Created by Honda, this ASIMO papercraft is a paper version of one of the most iconic humanoid robots ever developed. Officially introduced in 2000, ASIMO quickly became a symbol of modern robotics, the result of more than a decade of research that began back in the 1980s.
This ASIMO paper model faithfully reproduces the robot’s rounded shapes and futuristic look. Originally designed as a technological demonstrator, ASIMO was created to interact with people and assist with everyday tasks, especially helping the elderly and those with reduced mobility.
This free papercraft download is available on Honda’s official website as a three-page PDF in A4 format, ready to print. A nice feature of this model is the option to build it in different color variations, including gray, blue, green, and yellow, allowing for a more personalized final result.
