On Dragon Ball Z universe, Super Saiyan 4 is a transformation belonging to the line of primitive Saiyan forms, different from that of traditional Super Saiyan, being a hybrid state between Ōzaru and Super Saiyan that surpasses Super Saiyan 3 and Golden Ōzaru in power. This phase was introduced in the Dragon Ball GT anime, where it is achieved by Son Goku, Vegeta and their metamorphic fusion: Gogeta.
