The Sidney Opera House Paper Model - by Papertoys.Com



The Sydney Opera House is Australia's best-known contemporary building. Its imaginative design came from an international competition, won in 1956 by the Danish architect Joern Utzon. It was finally completed in 1973, at a cost of over A$100 million, much of which came from a New South Wales government lottery.


A Casa da Ópera de Sydney é o mais famoso edifício contemporâneo da Austrália. Seu design criativo veio de uma competição internacional, ganha em 1956 pelo arquiteto dinamarquês Joern Utzon. Ela foi finalmente concluída em 1973 a um custo de mais de US $ 100 milhões, grande parte dos quais vieram da loteria New South Wales, do governo australiano.
