Inspired by the really nice work from Retro Machine Club website, I am trying to make my own paper models of Japanese Traditional Houses. These images are the sketch of what I have in mind. More soon.

Christmas Time - Santa Claus Advent Calendar Paper Modelby Raumdinge

Christmas is still relatively far away, but this type of project is better to start soon. This Santa Claus Advent Calendar was created by German designer Valentina, from Raumdinge website. Download and build all the twenty four paper toys and put a little candy or gift under each one, and during the days of December, put one per day hidden around the house and let the kids make a kind of treasure hunt. When Christmas comes, you'll have a beautiful decoration and the kids will be happy.

O Natal ainda está relativamente longe, mas esse tipo de projeto é sempre melhor começar cedo. Este Calendário do Advento do Papai Noel foi criado pela designer alemã Valentina, do site Raumdinge. Baixe e monte todos os 24 paper toys e coloque um docinho ou lembrancinha dentro de cada um, todos os dias de Dezembro você vai colocar um deles escondido pela casa e deixar que as crianças façam uma espécie de caça ao tesouro. Quando o Natal chegar, você terá uma bela decoração de Natal e as crianças estarão felizes.

Hand Drawn WW2 Aircraft Paper Models - by Sunamura Kazuhiro

The designer Kazuhiro Sunamura is a kind of Japanese Gyro Gearloose. He builds radios, transmitters and know a lot about electronics. He also created a detailed theory about boomerangs and how to build them. But what interests us are the WW2 airplanes that he draws entirely by hand. Take a look at his website (scroll to the bottom of the page) and download the templates.

O designer Sunamura Kazuhiro é uma espécie de Professor Pardal Japonês. Ele constroi rádios, transmissores e entende muito de eletrônica. Ele também criou uma detalhada teoria sobre bumerangues e como construí-los. Mas o que interessa para nós são os aviões da Segunda Grande Guerra que ele desenha totalmente à mão. 1950`s Coca-Cola Machine Paper Model - by Paper Diorama

The Coca-Cola machine VENDO 81 was introduced in 1950 and was produced until mid-1960 when it was replaced by the new "square corner" machines. It could store up to 81 bottles of Coke. Due to its classic design, the VENDO 81 became one of the most desirable machines of soda among collectors of Coca-Cola memorabilia in the world. Created by staff from the Italian site Paper Diorama, this model is in 1/20 scale.

A máquina de Coca-Cola VENDO 81 foi introduzida na década de 1950 e foi produzida até meados de 1960, quando foi substituído pelas novas máquinas "de canto quadrado". Ela armazenava até 81 garrafas de refrigerante. Devido ao seu design clássico, a VENDO 81 tornou-se uma das mais desejadas máquinas de refrigerante entre os colecionadores de memorabília da Coca-Cola em todo o mundo. Criada pelo pessoal do site italiano Paper Diorama, este modelo está na escala 1/20.

Christmas Time - Decorative Pyramid Paper Model - by Project Bastelbogen

Halloween is gone and then comes Christmas, and this is the first paper model of the year with Christmas theme: a Decorative Pyramid to be illuminated with LED lamps, created by my friend from Germany, Boris, from Projekt Bastelbogen website.



O Dia das Bruxas se foi e logo vem o Natal, e este é o primeiro modelo de papel com temática natalina do ano: uma Pirâmide Decorativa para ser iluminada com lâmpadas de LED, criada pelo meu amigo Boris, do site alemão Projekt Bastelbogen.
