SCP-131-A and SCP-131-B (affectionately nicknamed the "Eye Pods" by personnel) are a pair of teardrop-shaped creatures roughly 30 cm (1 ft) in height, with a single blue eye in the middle of their bodies. The subjects seem to have the intelligence of common house cats and are insatiably curious. They are videogame characters. SCP-131, ou "Pods Eyes" são um par de criaturas em forma de lágrima com cerca de 30 cms de altura e com um único olho azul no meio de sua corpos. Eles parecem ter a inteligência de gatos domésticos comuns e são de uma curiosidade insaciável. Eles são personagens de um videogame. You may have seen some modelers posting photos of their models a whole side of a grid cube, like this in the photo above. This cube serves to give an idea of the actual size or scale of a model. Each small square inside the cube measures one centimeter, so anyone using a cube or even a ruler, get to know the approximate size of a model. There are many cubes like this on various websites and forums on the web and in the future I will post more of them. This scale Cube in particular was created by Austrian designer Andy Nose and can be downloaded on your great papercraft forum Papiermodell Austria. Do not forget to set your printer to print full size, otherwise the cube will not have the exats measurements in centimeters.
Você já deve ter visto alguns modelistas postarem fotos de seus modelos ao lado de um cubo todo quadriculado, como este da foto acima. Este cubo serve para dar uma idéia do tamanho real ou escala de um modelo. Cada quadradinho dentro do cubo mede um centímetro, assim, qualquer pessoa usando um cubo ou mesmo uma régua, consegue saber o tamanho aproximado de um modelo. Há muitos cubos como este em vários sites e foruns na Web e futuramente irei postar mais deles. Este Cubo de Escala em particular foi criado pelo designer austríaco Andy Nose e pode ser baixado em seu ótimo forum de papelmodelismo, o papercraft, o Papiermodell Austria. Não esqueça de ajustar a impressora para imprimir em tamanho real, caso contrário o cube não terá as medidas exats em centímetros.

Thanks to Bobe Green to preserve and share this rare paper model composed of 206 parts and originally published in 1933. From what I understand, this was a promotional model given to listeners of a radio program sponsored by a brand of laundry soaps.

"Japanese 19th c. print of a family putting together a Tatebanko. The print shows mother and two children looking at print, with partially cut out sheet, ruler and scissors near by. Unfortunately there is no hint about what kind of glue they are using. The print is somewhat suggestive as it shows the woman's naked foot." -
Added by Mauther: - "Probably they used glue made of crushed rice, water and salt. The salt had the function to ward off insects. Barefoot, whether deliberate in the picture, probably has to do with the fetish of Japanese men by female feet, which still has its adherents today in Japan."

"Gravura japonesa do século 19 mostrando uma família montando um Tatebanko. a gravura mostra uma mãe e seus dois filhos olhando uma impressão, com algumas partes já recortadas, com régua e tesoura próximos. Infelizmente não há pistas de que tipo de cola eles usavam. A gravura é sugestiva, pois mostra a mulher com os pés descalços." -

"Provavelmente eles usavam cola feita de arroz amassado, água e sal. O sal tinha a função de afastar os insetos. Os pés descalços, se propositais na gravura, provavelmente tem a haver com o fetiche dos homens japoneses por pés femininos, que ainda tem seus adeptos no Japão dos dias de hoje."
