Abenon - A Japanese Mascot Miniature Paper Toy - by City Of Osaka

Offered by Osaka City Official Website, this is the paper toy of Abenon, the mascot of Abeno, a plain in the former Settsu Prefecture, Japan, presently located in Osaka Prefecture, south of the Yodo River and west of the Uemachi Plateau . 

Abeno was the scene of several battles during the Sengoku period.

Oferecido pelo site oficial da cidade de Osaka, este é o paper toy de Abenon, o mascote de Abeno, uma planície na antiga província de Settsu, Japão, presentemente localizada na província de Osaka, a sul do rio Yodo e a oeste do planalto Uemachi. 

Abeno foi palco de diversas batalhas durante o período Sengoku.

A Solar System Paper Model For School Works - by Gustavo Salazar

Gustavo Salazar is a designer and modeler friend from Venezuela and he kindly shares with us this beautiful Solar System diorama that is perfect for school works. 

Gustavo said that the model was originally made as a school project and he hopes it will be useful for everyone as it was made with love. 

He said he printed it on 216mm x 1000mm card stock, but you can adjust the size in Pepakura at the time of printing to better suit your own project.

To view and print this model you will need Pepakura Viewer Free Version. When the file opens, you will be asked for a password. 

Just ignore it and click on the option "open with Pekaura Viewer" that appears right below the password space.
