Cute Nobu Chan Japanese Mascot Paper Doll - by Muumin

Nobun Chan is a retired mascot of the Prefecture of Yamaguchi, in Japan. This paper doll was created by designer Muumin. You can download the model at Pepakura Gallery and to see the build instructions, take a visit to Muumin`s website. To view and print this model you will need Pepakura Viewer Free Version (link at the end of this post).

Nobun Chan é uma antiga mascote da Prefeitura de Yamaguchi, no Japão. Esta boneca de papel foi criada pelo designer Muumin. Você pode fazer o download do modelo no Pepakura Gallery e ver as instruções de montagem visitando o site de Muumin. Para visualizar e imprimir este modelo você precisará do Pepakura Viewer Versão Gratuíta (link no final deste post).

Reusable Rocket Vehicle Paper Model In 1/32 Scale - by Ralph Currell

This is the Reusable Rocket Vehicle, here in a nice paper model version in 1/32 scale, created by North American designer Ralph Currell, from Currell Graphics website. 

The RVT is a rocket-powered reusable test vehicle developed by JAXA, the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency. 

While not itself designed for space flight, it is being used as a low-cost testbed for technologies that could be used on future SSTO (Single Stage to Orbit) spacecraft. 

It is similar in concept to the cancelled Delta Clipper flown by the USA.

Este é o Veículo com Foguetes Reutilizáveis, aqui em uma bela versão em papel na escala 1/32, criada pelo designer norte-americano Ralph Currell, do site Currell Graphics. 

O RVT é um veículo de teste movido a foguetes reutilizáveis, desenvolvido pela JAXA, a Agência de Exploração Aeroespacial do Japão. 

Embora não seja projetado para vôo espacial, ele está sendo usado como base de teste para tecnologias de baixo custo que poderiam ser usadas em futuras espaçonaves. 

É semelhante em conceito ao cancelado projeto Delta Clipper, lançado pelos EUA.

How To Build A Pirate Ship In 28mm Scale - Tutorial With Templates by Wargaming.Info

Even if you have no desire to build a Cardboard Pirate Ship, check out this very well done tutorial in two parts, created by the people from Wargaming.Info, based on the work of the great modeler Gary Chalk. The Scratchbuild guys will love this tutorial, I'm sure. 

The templates are in 28mm scale, but you can always increase or decrease them when printing to make them more useful for your interests.

Mesmo que você não tenha nenhuma vontade de construir um Barco Pirata de Papelão, dê uma olhada neste tutorial super bem feito em duas partes, do pessoal do site Wargaming.Info, baseado no trabalho do modelista Gary Chalk. O pessoal do Scratchbuild vai adorar esse tutorial, eu tenho certeza. 

Os templates estão na escala 28 mm, mas você sempre pode aumentá-los ou diminuí-los na hora de imprimir para torná-los mais úteis para seus interesses.
