The Weekend Pic - Little Red Riding Hood`s House - by Oliver Bizer/ Agence Eureka

This week we have a simple vintage paper model, the Little Red Riding Hood`s House, very easy to build, so I thought unnecessary that there be a tutorial for this beautiful model assembled by German designer and modeler Oliver Bizer. The model was originally posted at Agence Eureka,a great site for all who love vintage style paper models.

Esta semana temos um modelo de papel simples, por isso não achei necessário que houvesse um tutorial para ele. Trata-se de um modelo bem antigo da Casa da Chapeuzinho Vermelho, montada pelo designer e modelista alemão Oliver Bizer. Este modelo foi originalmente postado no Site da Agence Eureka, um ótimo lugar para todos que gostam de modelos de papel bem antigos.

Ladybugs are small, colorful insects related to beetles, measuring no more than about one centimeter in length. Around 160 types of ladybugs are known to exist in Japan. The most familiar species are the seven-spotted ladybug, with its pattern of seven black spots on a red background, and the common ladybug, whose patterns vary widely. Since these insects are carnivores that prey on aphids and spider mites, they are often utilized to eliminate pests. - Canon

Joaninhas são pequenos insetos coloridos, da família dos besouros, que não medem mais que um centímetro. Há mais de 160 espécies de joaninhas conhecidas no Japão. As espécies mais comuns são a vermelha com pontos pretos (Seven-Spotted Ladybug) e a joaninha comum, de coloração muito variada. Como são animais carnívoros, elas são muito usadas no controle de pragas nas plantações. - Canon

A cool paper model in a beautiful Retro Style of the Rocket Skycycle, that Evel Knievel used in his attempt to jump the Snake River Canyon.

Evel Knievel (1938–2007), born Robert Craig Knievel, was an American daredevil and entertainer. In his career he attempted over 75 ramp-to-ramp motorcycle jumps between 1965 and 1980, and in 1974, a failed jump across Snake River Canyon in the Skycycle X-2, a steam-powered rocket. The 433 broken bones he suffered during his career earned him an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records as the survivor of "most bones broken in a lifetime". Knievel died of pulmonary disease in Clearwater, Florida, aged 69. According to The Times writing his obituary, Knievel was one of the greatest American icons of the 1970s. Evel Knievel (1938–2007), nascido Robert Craig Knievel, era um motociclista audacioso, um stuntman do inferno.
Durante sua carreira, ele realizou mais de 75 saltos insanos, entre os anos de 1965 e 1980. Ele ficou mundialmente famoso em 1974, ao tentar, sem sucesso, saltar sobre o Snake River Canyon em uma espécie de moto-foguete que era disparada de uma rampa de lançamento, tal qual um foguete de verdade.
Ele entrou para o Guinness como o cara que mais quebrou ossos (433 ossos durante sua longa carreira) em vida.
Kienevel morreu aos 69 anos, derrotado por uma doença degenerativa dos pulmões. Ele foi um dos maiores ícones norte-americanos dos anos 1970 e entrou para o Motorcycle Hall of Fame em 1999. - Wikipedia
