About Toys In The Attic by Papermau:

Toys in the Attic is the third album by American rock band Aerosmith, released in April 1975. Is also a name of a 1963`s drama movie with Dean Martin and Geraldine Page. Now, because this is a really nice name, this will be the name of a new session of Papermau`s blog. In this session I will share old original and exclusive paper models posted more than a year here in the blog. It's a way of not letting these models get lost among over 3,000 posts in a year and a half of existence of the blog.

Toys in the Attic (Brinquedos no Sotão) é o nome do terceiro album da banda norte-americana de rock Aerosmith, lançado em 1975. É também o nome de um drama para o cinema de 1963 chamado aqui no Brasil de Na Voragem das Paixões, que contava no elenco com Dean Martin (o parceiro do Rat Pack e de Jerry Lewis) e Geraldine Page. Agora, porque eu acho esse um título muito legal, Toys in the Attic será o nome de uma nova sessão do blog Papermau. Nesta sessão eu publicarei antigos modelos de papel originais e exclusivos postados há um ano ou mais. Esta é a maneira que encontrei para que estes modelos não fiquem perdidos e esquecidos entre mais de três mil postagens feitas em um ano e meio de existência do blog.

Red Max, an air ace whose name is a combination of the Red Baron and the Blue Max, in a car/plane hybrid that is capable of limited flight, usually just enough to leapfrog over racers or obstacles in its path. The Haybailer has a mounted machine gun which is used sporadically. The machine gun can fire bullets, pepper, and other substances. The Haybailer's transformation from plane to car seems to have significantly weakened its flying ability, and Max often has to bail out when the Haybailer breaks down. - Wikipedia

The "Real" Thing

Red Max, um ás dos ares, que é uma espécie de Barão Vermelho, pilotando uma mistura de carro e avião, de voo limitado, geralmente planando apenas o suficiente para ultrapassar os outros pilotos ou obstáculos em seu caminho. 
O Haybailer é equipado metralhadora que é usada de vez em quando. A metralhadora pode disparar balas, pimenta e outras substâncias. A transformação do Haybailer de avião para o carro parece enfraquecer significativamente sua habilidade de voar.

1983`s Handicraft Thriller Boardgame Diorama - by Seite 42

A nice diorama by German site Seite 42: an old board game that was chartered in weekly parts in Disney comics during the year 1983. This is a board game, the instructions are in German, but this is also a beautiful paper model diorama. The buildings and vehicles of this model can be used for RPG games, train sets and dioramas.

The Holland Lop is the smallest breed of lop-eared rabbit. It is a popular rabbit native to Holland. 
Overall they are very cute and look like soft, cuddly toys, but they are actually quite big-boned and muscular. They don't mind being touched and are very friendly and calm. In Europe and the United States, they are often used in animal therapy programs.

Markus, designer of this model, says: - "There seem to be people who believe that dinosaurs weren’t extinct at all when Jesus walked the earth. It’s hard to stomach, but the Beginner’s Bible Coloring Book clearly endorses this belief. I actually assumed that this was fake, but a background check on the internet didn’t yield much. 
Seems to be quite the elusive coloring book. 
Anyway, I found the (both mental and actual) image of Jesus riding a dinosaur so hilarious that I couldn’t resist doing a small papercraft project on the theme..."


Markus, o designer deste modelo bem-humorado diz que ele acha de doer, e eu concordo, que existam pessoas que acreditem que os dinossauros caminhavam na Terra no tempo de Jesus, ou seja há mais ou menos dois mil anos atrás. 
Ele diz ter visto isso sendo ensinado para crianças em um livro de colorir chamado Beginner’s Bible Coloring Book. 
Ele diz que achou a imagem de um Jesus cavalgando um dinossauro tão hilária, que não resistiu a idéia de fazer um pequeno modelo de papel...
