Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Leonardo Paper Toy - by Repap Studios

From Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles universe, this is the Leonardo paper toy, created by Indonesian designer and modeler Chippy Chua, from Repap Studios website. 

Leonardo, nicknamed Leo, is a fictional superhero and one of the four main characters in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics and related media. 

He is often depicted wearing a blue bandanna. His signature weapons are two Ninjatos, commonly confused as Katanas. Leonardo is the eldest brother and the leader of the group. 

He is the most skilled, the most serious, the most spiritual, the most mature, the most disciplined and the most in-line with Splinter's teachings and thoughts. 

Like all of the brothers, he is named after an Italian Renaissance artist, in this case Leonardo da Vinci.

Leonardo, ou Leo, é um super-herói fictício e um dos quatro personagens principais dos quadrinhos Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles e mídia relacionada. 

Ele é frequentemente retratado usando um lenço azul. Suas armas características são dois Ninjatos, comumente confundidos como Katanas.

Leonardo é o irmão mais velho e líder do grupo. Ele é o mais habilidoso, o mais sério, o mais espiritual, o mais maduro, o mais disciplinado e o mais alinhado com os ensinamentos e pensamentos de Splinter.

Como todos os irmãos, ele recebeu o nome de um artista italiano da Renascença, neste caso Leonardo da Vinci.

Perfect for schoolworks or just to decorate the bookshelf of future inventors, here is a paper model inspired by a pneumatic screw (a machine with a screw-type propeller) designed by Leonardo da Vinci. It is said to be a prototype of a helicopter. 

Taking up just three printed sheets and with detailed instructions, this paper model was created by Japanese designer M.Kajiwara exclusively for the Canon website.

Perfeito para trabalhos escolares ou apenas para decorar a a estante dos futuros inventores, eis aqui um modelo de papel inspirado em um parafuso pneumático (uma máquina com uma hélice do tipo parafuso) desenhado por Leonardo da Vinci. Diz-se que é o protótipo de um helicóptero.

Ocupando apenas três folhas impressas e com instruções detalhadas, este modelo de papel foi criado pelo designer japonês M. Kajiwara exclusivamente para o site da Canon.

Leonardo da Vinci`s Paddle Boat Paper Model - by M. Kajiwara

The Japanese designer and modeler M.Kajiwara, commissioned by Canon website, created this really nice papercraft inspired by a paddle boat sketched by Leonardo da Vinci.

Occupying only three sheets of paper, this paddle boat is perfect for schoolworks, wargames or even, , with some modifications, for Steampunk dioramas.

O designer e modelista japonês M.Kajiwara, comissionado pelo site da Canon, criou este papercraft bem legal inspirado em um barco a remo desenhado por Leonardo da Vinci. 

Ocupando apenas três folhas de papel, este barco a remo é perfeito para trabalhos escolares, jogos de guerra ou mesmo, com algumas modificações, para dioramas Steampunk.

Da Vinci`s Mechanical Hammer Automata Paper Model - by Paper Pino

This is one of the simplest machines designed by Leonardo in order to improve the human performance. A lever connected to the hammer is moved by means of an eccentric cam. At each turn of the handle, the hammer gives a stroke. As a matter of fact, the real hammer is supposed to be powered by a water paddle-wheel. An implementation with a paddle-wheel powered by sand is planned for the next future. - Paper Pino


Esta é uma das mais simples máquinas projetadas por Leonardo Da Vinci, a fim de melhorar o desempenho humano. Uma alavanca conectada a um martelo, que é movido por meio de uma câmara excêntrica. Em cada volta do punho, o martelo dá uma batida. Nos esboços de Leonardo, o martelo real é alimentado por uma turbina de água. - Paper Pino



The model is made up with 44 parts, that can be assembled without glue thanks to the Removable Interlocking Pin System (RIPS).
The complete set, inclusive of the assembling instructions, can be contained in an elegant kit box (to build).
