The Real Thing - A Replica

A very well done paper model of an ancient Roman Watch Tower in 1/87 scale (HO scale), by Czech designer Quasi, via Papermodelers.Sk Forum. Perfect for dioramas, RPG games or school Works. A watchtower is a type of fortification used in many parts of the world. It differs from a regular tower in that its primary use is military, and from a turret in that it is usually a freestanding structure. Its main purpose is to provide a high, safe place from which a sentinel or guard may observe the surrounding area. In some cases, non-military towers, such as religious pagodas, may also be used as watchtowers.


Um modelo de papel muito bem feito de uma antiga Torre de Observação Romana, em escala 1/87 (escala HO), do designer tcheco Quasi, via Forum Papermodelers.Sk. Perfeito para dioramas, jogos de RPG ou trabalhos escolares. Uma torre de vigia é um tipo de fortificação usada em muitas partes do mundo. I think this guitar no need presentation and to prevent the same thing happened with a guitar I made, with textures of a famous North American guitarrist, when I was notified by a kind of copyright infringement, and have to take out the model from the blog, etc,looking the image you will know what guitar is this, ok? I think the author of this model used as base templates from paperguitar.com, but I am not sure. Anyway, he makes clear that this is a free model, showing that he did it for fun and not for money. And I think he did a great job.

Eu creio que esta guitarra não precisa de apresentação, e para evitar o mesmo problema que tive com uma guitarra que fiz, com texturas de uma famosa guitarra de um músico norte-amaricano, quando fui notificado por infringir direitos autorais e tive que tirar o modelo do blog, etc e tal, olhando essa imagem aí em cima, você já sabe que guitarra é essa, não? Eu acho que o autor desse modelo usou como base os moldes do site paperguitar.com, mas não posso afirmar isso. De qualquer modo, ele deixa claro que esse é um modelo gratuíto, mostrando que fez isso por diversão e não por dinheiro. E eu acho que ele fez um grande trabalho.

A nice little truck in 1/100 scale, by Czech website Minimodel.Cz. Tatra is a vehicle manufacturer in Kopřivnice, Czech Republic. The company was founded in 1850 as Schustala & Company, later renamed Nesselsdorfer Wagenbau-Fabriksgesellschaft, a wagon and carriage manufacturer, and in 1897 produced the first motor car in central Europe, and one of the first cars in world, the Präsident automobil. In 1918, it changed its name to Kopřivnická Vozovka a.s. and, in 1919, started to use the Tatra badge named after the nearby Tatra mountains in Slovakia. Tatra is the third oldest car maker in the world after Daimler and Peugeot.


Um modelo bem bacana de um caminhão Tcheco da Tatra, em escala 1/100. Tatra é uma fábrica de veículos situada em Kopřivnice, na República Tcheca. A companhia foi fundada em 1850 e mudou de nome várias vezes, até que, em 1919, ao mudar suas instalações para o sopé das montanhas Tatra, adotou esse nome. A companhia Tatra fabricou o primeiro veículo motorizado da Europa Central e um dos primeiros carros do mundo, o Präsident automobil. É a terceira mais antiga fabricante de veículos motorizados do mundo, atrás apenas da Daimler e da Peugeot.
