New Year Special - Relax Bear With Kadomatsu - by Kumarira
Here a nice New Year model by Japanese designer Kumarira: A Relax Bear with Kodomatsu, an Asiatic New Year Lucky Item. Kadomatsu is a decoration consisting of a pair of pine trees and bamboo stems. It is placed on both sides of the front entrance of a house from January 1-7. It symbolizes that the tree provides longevity, prosperity and purity for the descent of the Gods. This custom was originally started in China around 8th Century and was later brought to Japan.
Aqui um modelo muito simpático do designer japonês Kumarira: um Relax Bear com Kadomatsu, um espécie de amuleto da sorte asiático. O Kadomatsu é feito com folhas de pinheiro e troncos de bambu. Ele é colocado dos dois lados de entrada de uma casa nos sete primeiros dias do ano para atrair boa sorte e afastar o mal. Ele simboliza o que a árvore transmite: longevidade, prosperidade e pureza para os descendentes dos deuses. Este costume teve início na China por volta do século 8 e depois foi trazido para o Japão.

The Big Bang Theory is an American sitcom created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, both of whom serve as executive producers on the show, along with Steven Molaro. All three also serve as head writers. It premiered on CBS on September 24, 2007. Set in Pasadena, California, the show is centered on five characters: two roommate geniuses who work at the California Institute of Technology, experimental physicist Leonard Hofstadter and theoretical physicist Sheldon Cooper; their neighbor across the hall Penny, a blonde waitress and aspiring actress. Leonard and Sheldon have equally geeky and socially awkward co-workers and friends Howard Wolowitz, an aerospace engineer and non-PhD from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Rajesh Koothrappali, an astrophysicist also working at Caltech. The geekiness and intellect of the four guys is contrasted for comic effect with Penny's social skills and common sense. - Wikipedia

Yellow Submarine is a 1968 animated musical fantasy film based on the music of The Beatles. It is also the title for the film's soundtrack album, released as part of The Beatles' music catalogue. The film was directed by animation producer George Dunning, and produced by United Artists (UA) and King Features Syndicate. The real Beatles participated only in the closing scene of the film, with the fictional counterparts of The Beatles voiced by other actors.

Yellow Submarine é o álbum trilha-sonora lançado pelos Beatles, que corresponde ao filme de mesmo título. Em contraste com a recepção do filme pela crítica, este é considerado o disco mais fraco dos Beatles e o único disco a não alcançar o 1° lugar nas paradas nos EUA e no Reino Unido (a melhor posição foi o 2° lugar, curiosamente com o "Álbum Branco", lançado 2 meses antes, em 1° lugar).
