R/Battletech is a boardgame aficionado, more specifically BattleTech, and he is the author of these papercrafts of buildings and skyscrapers in 1/265 scale that can be used in scenarios for games of this type.

Regarding these papercrafts, he said: “Each section (of the buildings) can be printed individually so that the height is modular. There are two types of towers for the top. The one you see in the photos and the one with a spiral structure that houses one of the housing sections. This should become clearer when you look at the templates.
I printed everything on standard office paper, but I think card stock (thicker) might be easier to work with. Pasting the pattern paper was a little tricky due to the octagonal shape.
I hope you like these buildings. I will also upload some variants with murals. Please be aware that the paper size is A4, so you may need to resize before printing".

Aquela que você vê nas fotos e aquela com estrutura em espiral que abriga uma das seções habitacionais. Isso deve ficar mais claro quando você olha os templates.
Eu imprimí tudo em papel padrão, de escritório, mas acho que papel cartão (mais grosso) pode ser mais fácil de trabalhar. A colagem do papel padrão foi um pouco complicada devido ao formato octogonal.
Espero que vocês gostem destes edifícios. Também carregarei algumas variantes com murais. Esteja ciente de que o tamanho do papel é A4 ,então talvez você precise redimensionar antes de imprimir".
