This architectural paper model is inspired in real buildings from Rosscarbery, a picturesque little town in Ireland. 

It is a free sample of the beautiful book created by Tiny Ireland staff to promote this work.

Last night I decided to go back to basics and play with pencil, pen and ruler. 

I made the basic shapes of this little house in MsPaint, printed everything on two sheets and the scale, when printed, was around 1/64. 

So I started sketching all the common elements, in this case with a colonial style. 

Today I leave here the first images. More soon.

Noite passada eu resolvi voltar ao básico e brincar com lápis, caneta e régua. 

Eu fiz as formas básicas dessa casinha no MsPaint, imprimi tudo em duas folhas e a escala, quando impressa, ficou por volta de 1/64. 

Comecei então a esboçar todos os elementos comuns, nesse caso com um estilo colonial. 

Hoje deixo aqui os primeiras imagens. Mais em breve.

Three Caribbean Flamingos Paper Models - by Ikuo Anazawa

Here are three Caribbean Flamingos in three different poses: walking, standing and drinking. 

Occupying five sheets of paper, these models were created by Japanese designer Ikuo Anazawa, commissioned by Canon website.

Aqui estão três Flamingos do Caribe em três poses diferentes: caminhando, parado e bebendo. 

Ocupando cinco folhas de papel, esses modelos foram criados pelo designer japonês Ikuo Anazawa, comissionado pelo site da Canon.

The Ramen Shop - A Miniature Paper Model - by Brother Assembling The Model - Part 02

I posted the paper model of this Ramen Shop a few days ago (link at end of this post) and today I present the second part of a series of posts showing the assembly of this one. 

This Ramen Shop paper model was created by W2 Studio exclusively for Brother website. The original model is in HO scale (1/87 scale), but I modified the templates to 1/64 scale. The result you can see on the photos of this post.

The entire original model occupies only one printed sheet and has an apparent interior, with tables and chairs, as it is a restaurant.

Eu postei o modelo de papel deste Ramen Shop alguns dias atrás (link no final da postagem) e hoje apresento a segunda parte de uma série de posts mostrando a montagem desse. 

Este modelo de papel de um Ramen Shop foi criado pelo W2 Studio exclusivamente para o site da Brother. O modelo original está na escala HO (escala 1/87), mas modifiquei o template para a escala 1/64. O resultado você confere nas fotos deste post. 

O modelo original todo ocupa apenas uma folha impressa e tem um interior aparente, com mesas e cadeiras, já que se trata de um restaurante.

This is the paper model diorama of Kawasaki Station, also known as People Station.

Built in 1955 amidst the boom of postwar economic development of Japan, the Kawasaki Station is located in the city of the same name, in Kanagawa province. Kawasaki is the seventh largest city in Japan and an important industrial center. 

Offered by Kawasaki City Prefecture website, you will need seven sheets of paper to build yours.

Construída em 1955 em meio ao boom de desenvolvimento econômico do pós-guerra, a Estação de Kawasaki está situada na cidade de mesmo nome, na província de Kanagawa. Kawasaki é a sétima maior cidade do Japão e um importante centro industrial. 

Oferecido pelo site da Prefeitura de Kawasaki, você precisará de sete folhas de papel para montar o seu.
