Sur La Banquise - A French Vintage Paper Model - by Agence Eureka

This beautiful vintage diorama called "Sur La Banquise" was originally published in French children's supplements housed in Sunday newspapers in the first decades of the twentieth century. 

The "Sur La Banquise" (literally, "On Ice"), has been preserved and is now shared by Agence Eureka website. As you can see, the central disk is movable, so as you rotate the disc, the diorama changes, showing new characters and situations.

Este belo diorama antigo chamado "Sur La Banquise", foi originalmente publicado em suplementos infantis encartados em jornais de domingo na França, nas primeiras décadas do século XX. 

O "Sur La Banquise" (literalmente, "No Gelo"), foi preservado e é agora compartilhado pelo site Agence Eureka. Como você pode notar, o disco central é móvel, então conforme você gira o disco, o diorama muda, mostrando novos personagens e situações.

Blue Origin is owned by Amazon.com founder and businessman Jeff Bezos and Rob Meyerson. The name New Shepard makes reference to the first American astronaut in space, Alan Shepard, one of the original NASA Mercury Seven astronauts, who ascended to space on a suborbital trajectory similar to that planned for New Shepard.

Criado pelo designer e modelista francês Edy e publicado originalmente no Le Forum en Papier, esta é a versão em papel na escala 1/72 da Blue Origin New Shepard, um foguete tripulado reutilizável que está sendo desenvolvido pela Blue Origin como um sistema comercial para turismo espacial suborbitário. A Blue Origin pertence ao fundadores da Amazon.com, Jeff Bezos e Rob Meyerson. The Wangen Train Station Paper Model - by Ausschneide Bogen

This is the Wangen Train Station, more one very detailed paper model offered by Ausschneide Bogen website, from Germany.  The Wangen Train Station is located on the railway line Kisslegg - Hergatz (Bavaria). 

This is a great model for Dioramas, RPG and Wargames and you can choose between two different scales: HO (1/87 scale) and N (1/160 scale).

About the Ephemeral Museum:

I "am in the paper modeling" since 2005, although I've had contact with paper models from my childhood in the 1970s, via magazines that were sold sporadically in newsagents. I remember magazines with houses to build and dioramas/playsets of airports, western forts, nativity scenes and the like. With the advent of the internet what happened was simply a revival of the papercraft hobby for me and many other people of my generation. Today I am opening a new session here on the blog, the Ephemeral Museum , which is a place where I will show some of the models that I built all these years. I would also like this to be a space where all modelers friends could show their work, so if anyone wants to participate in this "museum", just send photos of your work and a few words, if you want, to the e-mail:

Eu "estou no papelmodelismo" desde 2005, embora eu já tivesse contato com modelos de papel desde minha infância, nos anos 1970, via revistas que eram vendidas esporadicamente em bancas de jornal. Lembro que haviam revistas com casas para montar e dioramas/playsets de aeroportos, fortes-apache, presépios e coisas do tipo. Com o advento da internet o que houve foi simplesmente um renascimento do hobby do papelmodelismo para mim e muitas outras pessoas de minha geração. Hoje eu estou inaugurando uma nova sessão aqui no blog, o Ephemeral Museum, que é um lugar aonde irei mostrar alguns dos modelos que eu construí em todos estes anos. Também gostaria que esse fosse um espaço aonde todos os amigos modelistas pudessem mostrar seus trabalhos, sendo assim, se alguém quiser participar deste "museu", basta mandar fotos de seu trabalho e algumas palavras para o e-mail abaixo:
