The Ninja, The Cowboy & The Bear Paper Toys - by Ninja Cowboy Bear

The Ninja, the Cowboy and the Bear is a children's book written by David Bruins and illustrated by Hilary Leung that tells a fun story about friendship and overcoming differences. 

In the text below you can get a little idea about the book: 

"The Ninja, the Cowboy and the Bear do everything together: they paint pictures, compare cloud shapes in the sky, fly kites and much more. 

Though each friend is very different from one another, they enjoy each other's company. Until one day when they begin quarreling and compete to see which one is the best. 

The bear can pile up rocks the highest. The cowboy can collect the most raspberries. The ninja can catch the most rabbits. When each contest leads to more resentment, it seems the friends will never stop disagreeing. 

Only when they learn to be considerate of their differences do they finally realize how much they appreciate each other." 

About the authors, David Bruins spends most of his days as a computer programmer. 

However, he'd much rather spend his time riding his bicycle, playing guitar, or coming up with stories and telling them to anyone who will listen, while Hilary Leung is a Toronto-based author and illustrator. 

When he isn't working on new picture book ideas, he can be found playing or reading with his two awesome children.

O Ninja, o Cowboy e o Urso é um livro infantil escrito por David Bruins e ilustrado por Hilary Leung que conta uma divertida história sobre amizade e superação das diferenças. 

No texto abaixo você pode ter uma pequena idéia sobre o livro:

No entanto, ele prefere passar o tempo andando de bicicleta, tocando violão ou inventando histórias e contando-as para quem quiser ouvir, enquanto Hilary Leung é um autor e ilustrador que mora em Toronto. 

Quando ele não está trabalhando em novas ideias para livros ilustrados, ele pode ser encontrado brincando ou lendo com seus dois filhos incríveis.

Rare Animals of Japan - Hondo Stoat Paper Model - by Yamaha

The Hondo Stoat, belonging to the weasel family, is a carnivorous mammal that inhabits alpine areas from Chubu, central Japan, northwards to Aomori Prefecture in Honshu, the main island of Japan.

It is affectionately nicknamed the “Mountain Fairy” for its cute appearance, but it is a rare animal classified as “Near Threatened” on the Red List. 

On the official website of Yamaha Japan you will find the Hondo Stoat papercraft in three versions. Two of them correspond to the real seasonal changes of the Hondo Stoat's coat during summer and winter and the other is a version without colors, so you can print on textured paper, giving the papercraft a unique effect.

O Arminho Hondo, pertencente à família das doninhas, é um mamífero carnívoro que habita zonas alpinas desde Chubu, região central do Japão, em direção ao norte até a província de Aomori em Honshu, a principal ilha do Japão. 

É carinhosamente apelidado de “Fada da Montanha” por sua aparência fofa, mas é um animal raro classificado como “Quase Ameaçado” na Lista Vermelha.

Duas delas correspondentes às mudanças sazonais reais da pelagem do arminho Hondo durante o verão e o inverno e a outra é uma versão sem cores, para que você imprima em papel texturizado, dando ao papercraf tum efeito único.

1955`s Volkswagen Draisine Paper Model In 1/35 Scale by Paper Diorama

This paper model in 1/35 scale of a Volkswagen Draisine was created by the talented team of designers at Paper Diorama in Italy. 

The entire model occupies three printed sheets, including the stand, and although there are no instructions, assembly is very easy and intuitive. 

With the end of the Second World War, the railway structure left by the III Reich (Reichsbahn) began to be managed by the occupation forces in their respective areas of occupation, each in their own way. 

But later, on the western side of Germany, after the unification of these structures and after the creation of the Federal Republic of Germany, the DB – Deutsche Bundesbahn — German Federal Railway — emerged on September 7, 1949. 

Over many years, these railways used a variety of vehicles, including converted Kombis (vans) and other vehicles equipped with air-cooled VW Boxer engines. 

These vehicles were adapted to meet the specific needs of railways, performing different functions, such as freight transport, maintenance and track inspection. 

Kombis, known for their versatility, were often modified to meet railway requirements, providing mobility and carrying capacity. 

Air-cooled VW Boxer engines were popular due to their simplicity and robustness, characteristics important for railway operating conditions. 

These vehicles played essential roles in the German railway infrastructure, contributing to operational efficiency and proper maintenance of railway lines. 

However, over time many of these vehicles were gradually replaced by more modern and specialized solutions as rail technology evolved.

Este modelo de papel na escala 1/35 de uma Volkswagen Draisine foi criado pela talentosa equipe de designers do site Paper Diorama, da Itália. 

O modelo todo ocupa três folhas impressas, incluindo o stand e, apesar de não haver instruções, sua montagem é bem fácil e intuitiva. 

Com o do término da Segunda Grande Guerra, a estrutura ferroviária deixada pelo III Reich (Reichsbahn) passou a ser gerida pelas forças de ocupação em suas respectivas áreas de ocupação, cada um a seu modo. 

Mas depois, no lado ocidental da Alemanha, após uma unificação destas estruturas e depois da criação de República Federativa da Alemanha, surgiu, em 7 de setembro de 1949, a DB – Deutsche Bundesbahn — Ferrovia Federal Alemã. 

Ao longo de muitos anos, essas ferrovias utilizaram diversos veículos, incluindo Kombis (furgões) convertidas e outros veículos equipados com motores VW Boxer arrefecidos a ar. 

Esses veículos eram adaptados para atender às necessidades específicas das ferrovias, desempenhando diferentes funções, como transporte de carga, manutenção e inspeção de trilhos.
