Ultraman - King Joe - The Alien Robot Paper Model - by Chin Pun

Created by Japanese designer Chin Pun and originally posted on the Pepakura Gallery community site, here is a perfect paper version of King Joe, the Alien Robot, from Ultraman, a classic Japanese Tokusatsu TV series. 

Tokusatsu (Japanese abbreviation for "tokushu kouka satsuei" or "special effects film") is a Japanese term for live-action films or series (with real actors) that make use of many special effects. King Joe is an alien robot created by the Alien Pedan, from the TV series Ultraseven.

It first appeared in episodes 14 and 15. As a result of its iconic two-part debut in Ultraseven, King Joe has become one of the most famous robots in the Ultraman Series, and has since made many further appearances in the franchise.

Tokusatsu (abreviação em japonês para "tokushu kouka satsuei" ou "filme de efeitos especiais") é um termo em japonês para filmes ou séries live-action (com atores reais) que fazem um uso de muitos efeitos especiais. King Joe é um robô alienígena criado pelo Alien Pedan, da série de TV Ultraseven. 

Ele apareceu pela primeira vez nos episódios 14 e 15. Como resultado de sua estréia icônica em dois episódios de Ultraseven, King Joe se tornou um dos robôs mais famosos da série Ultraman e, desde então, fez muitas outras aparições na franquia.

The entire model, in which textures imitating wood predominate, occupies only two printed sheets and the instructions are very detailed, with step-by-step images.

Mann vs. Machine is a cooperative game mode based on Team Fortress 2 videogame. In Mann vs. Machine, a team of up to six players tries to stop a horde of robots controlled by artificial intelligence from carrying a bomb to their base.

The Funerary Mask Of Tutankhamun Paper Model - by Unknown

I do not know who is the author of this beautiful paper model of the Death Mask of Tutankhamun. I had saved the template a few years ago (2013 or 2014 I think) on a Russian forum specializing in 3D Printing and Pepakura, but visiting it recently I saw that all the download links are invalid, so I won't post the link.

The mask of Tutankhamun is a gold funerary mask of the 18th-dynasty ancient Egyptian pharaoh Tutankhamun (reigned 1334–1325 BC). After being buried for over 3,000 years, it was excavated by Howard Carter in 1925 from tomb KV62 in the Valley of the Kings and is now in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The death mask is one of the best-known works of art in the world and a prominent symbol of ancient Egypt.

Eu não sei quem é o autor deste belo modelo de papel da Máscara Mortuária de Tutancâmon. Eu havia salvo o template há alguns anos atrás (acho que em 2013 ou 2014) em um forum russo especializado em Impressão em 3D e Pepakura, mas visitando-o recentemente vi que todos os links para download estão inválidos, então não vou publicar o link. 

Se você gostou do modelo, pode baixá-lo fácil e seguramente, direto do Google Drive (link no final deste post). 

A máscara de Tutancâmon é uma máscara mortuária de ouro do antigo faraó egípcio da 18ª dinastia Tutancâmon (reinou de 1334 a 1325 aC). Depois de ficar enterrada por mais de 3.000 anos, foi escavada por Howard Carter em 1925 da tumba KV62 no Vale dos Reis e agora está no Museu Egípcio do Cairo. A máscara mortuária é uma das obras de arte mais conhecidas do mundo e um símbolo proeminente do antigo Egito.
