Rock`n`Roll Circus - The Beatles - Yellow Submarine Paper Model by Domatine

Yellow Submarine is a 1968 animated musical fantasy film based on the music of The Beatles. It is also the title for the film's soundtrack album, released as part of The Beatles' music catalogue. The film was directed by animation producer George Dunning, and produced by United Artists (UA) and King Features Syndicate. The real Beatles participated only in the closing scene of the film, with the fictional counterparts of The Beatles voiced by other actors.
The film received a widely positive reception from critics and audiences alike. It is also credited with bringing more interest in animation as a serious art form.
Time commented that it "turned into a smash hit, delighting adolescents and esthetes alike". - Offered by Domatine, Italian website, you will find the model in two formats: PDF and PDO (Pepakura), so you can print the model with the PDF format and use the PDO format as guide, because it can be visualized in 3D. Yellow Submarine é o álbum trilha-sonora lançado pelos Beatles, que corresponde ao filme de mesmo título. Em contraste com a recepção do filme pela crítica, este é considerado o disco mais fraco dos Beatles e o único disco a não alcançar o 1° lugar nas paradas nos EUA e no Reino Unido (a melhor posição foi o 2° lugar, curiosamente com o "Álbum Branco", lançado 2 meses antes, em 1° lugar).
É um álbum que destoa do resto da discografia da banda, já que somente as seis músicas do lado A são do grupo e apenas quatro delas são inéditas e ainda assim foram gravadas entre 1967 e 1968. - Oferecido pela Domatine, da Itália, você encontrará o modelo em dois formatos: PDF e PDO (Pepakura), então você pode usar o PDF para imprimir as peças e o PDO como guia de montagem, já que com ele você pode visualizar o modelo em 3D. I am creating this tatebanko (a kind of 2D diorama) inspired bySgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, the eighth studio album by English rock band The Beatles. Released on 1 June 1967, it was an immediate commercial and critical success, spending 27 weeks at the top of the albums chart in the United Kingdom and 15 weeks at number one in the United States. Time magazine declared it "a historic departure in the progress of music" and the New Statesman praised its elevation of pop to the level of fine art. It won four Grammy Awards in 1968, including Album of the Year, the first rock LP to receive this honour. More soon.

Eu estou criando este tatebanko (uma espécie de diorama em 2D) inspirado no Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, o oitavo álbum de estúdio da banda britânica de rock The Beatles. Lançado em 1º de junho de 1967, tornou-se imediatamente enorme sucesso comercial e crítico, permanecendo durante 27 semanas no topo das paradas do Reino Unido e 15 semanas na primeira posição nos Estados Unidos. A revista Time o considerou "uma evolução histórica no progresso da música" e a New Statesman elogiou a sua elevação da música pop ao nível de arte. O trabalho conquistou quatro Prêmios Grammy em 1968, incluindo a categoria Álbum do Ano, o primeiro LP de rock a receber tal honra. Mais em breve.

A month ago I have posted "The Band" papercraft, created by Ray O`Bannon, from Ravensblight website. Now he shares the "Backup Musicians". Ray says: - "Sometimes, when THE BAND needs a little help, they call Charlie. When they need a LOT of help, they also call Sky and Tony. Sky plays 60's folk music and Tony plays lounge hits from the 70's. Charlie can play anything. Some folks say Charlie became such an incredible musician by selling his soul to the devil. Others say Charlie IS the devil. But he sure can play. Each musician includes his own amplifiers, stage and light show."

Há um mês atrás, eu postei o papercraft da "The Band", criado por Ray O`Bannon, do site Ravensblight, e agora ele compartilha os "Backup Musicians", ou "Músicos de Apoio". Ray diz: - "Às vezes, quando a Banda precisa de uma mãozinha, eles chamam o Charlie. Quando eles precisam de muita ajuda, eles também chamam Sky e Tony. Sky toca folk dos anos 60 e Tony toca sucessos de salão dos anos 70. Charlie toca de tudo um pouco. Algumas pessoas dizem que Charlie se tornou um músico tão incrível porque vendeu sua alma ao diabo. Outros dizem que Charlie é o próprio diabo. Mas com certeza ele sabe tocar. Cada músico vem com seus próprios amplificadores, palco e show de luzes."

Ray O`Bannon, the North American designer of this cool papercraft diorama, says: - "These three fellows grew bored with just lying around in the cemetery, so they've decided to form a band. Nash plays 50's rock and roll, Mic plays hard rock from the 80's, and Boots plays thrash and industrial. Needless to say, the group has a very unique sound. But they'll be happy to jam along to whatever music you prefer. Mic and Nash both have full stack amplifiers, Boots has an eight piece drum kit, and all three musicians have their own stage and light show."

Ray O`Bannon, o designer norte-americano que criou este diorama bem bacana, diz: - "Estes três camaradas cresceram entediados, passeando pelo cemitério e então decidiram formar uma banda. Nash toca rock and roll dos anos 50, Mic toca hard rock dos anos 80, e Boots adora thrash e industrial. Nem preciso dizer que o som deles é bem original. Mas eles ficam contentes com qualquer música que você peça para eles tocarem. Mic e Nash têm suas paredes de amplificadores, Boots tem um kit de bateria de oito peças, e cada um deles tem seu próprio palco com iluminação."

My daughters love these girls and I think the sound and the videoclips are pretty good. BABYMETAL is a Japanese metal idol band. Their line-up consists of Suzuka Nakamoto as "Su-metal", Yui Mizuno as "Yuimetal", and Moa Kikuchi as "Moametal". The concept of the group is a fusion of the heavy metal and Japanese idol genres. These cute paper dolls were created by Mexican designer Ruben Basurto and I wannt to say thanks to Shawn Fulford, from Babymetal.Net. fro this nice find!

As minhas filhas adoram essa meninas e eu acho que os sons e os videoclips são muito bons. BABYMETAL é uma banda de metal idol japonesa.
