Five Nights At Freddy's - Freddie, Bonnie And Chica Paper Toys by Dmand Mini Papercraft

Created by Mexican graphic designer Armando López, aka Mr. Dmand, from the Dmand Mini Papercraft website, here are the paper toys of Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica, characters from the Five Nights at Freddy's video game franchise and now also from the homonymous movie. 

Both in the video games and the film, Freddy Fazbear is a bear animatronic feared for his unpredictability, Bonnie the Bunny is an agile rabbit and one of the first to move towards the player, while Chica the Chicken, a food-obsessed hen, also poses a threat. 

They all belong to the group of animatronics from the pizzeria that challenge the player, with their main task being survival during the game's nights.

Criados pelo designer gráfico mexicano Armando López, aka Mr. Dmand, do site Dmand Mini Papercraft, aqui estão os paper toys de Freddie, Bonnie e Chica, personagens da franquia de videogames Five Nights at Freddy's e agora também do filme homônimo.

Tanto nos videogames quanto no filme, Freddy Fazbear é um animatrônico de urso temido por sua imprevisibilidade, Bonnie the Bunny é um coelho ágil e um dos primeiros a se mover em direção ao jogador, enquanto Chica the Chicken, uma galinha obcecada por comida, também representa uma ameaça.

Eles fazem parte do grupo de animatrônicos da pizzaria que são desafios a serem enfrentados pelo jogador, sendo sua principal tarefa a sobrevivência durante as noites do jogo.

Tetris Party Deluxe Miniature Diorama Papercraft - by Paper Foldabels

Created by designer Bryan, from Paper Foldables website, here is a "promotional Paper Foldable advertising Tetris Party Deluxe videogame for Tetris Online, Inc. The long piece actually slides down to make a TETRIS!" 

Tetris is one of the most famous and iconic puzzle games in the world of video games. 

It was created by the Russian programmer Alexey Pajitnov in 1984 while working at the Dorodnitsyn Computing Centre of the Soviet Academy of Sciences. 

The game involves pieces of different shapes called "tetrominoes" that fall from the top of the screen, and the player needs to rotate and move these pieces to fit them together and form complete lines. 

When a line is filled, it disappears, making room for more pieces. The goal is to prevent the pieces from reaching the top of the screen. 

Tetris quickly gained popularity on Soviet computers and was later distributed worldwide, gaining prominence when it was released for the Game Boy in 1989. 

Its simple yet challenging gameplay and captivating soundtrack contributed to its longevity and recognition as one of the most influential and beloved games in video game history.

Tetris é um dos jogos de quebra-cabeça mais famosos e icônicos do mundo dos videogames. Foi criado pelo programador russo Alexey Pajitnov em 1984, enquanto trabalhava no Centro de Computação Dorodnitsyn da Academia de Ciências da União Soviética.

GTA V - Somewhere At Vespucci Beach Stand Papercraft by Papermau - Download Now!

As I announced, here is "Somewhere At Vespucci Beach", a papercraft stand inspired by the video game GTA V, to be used with 1/64 scale miniatures, such as Hot Wheels and Matchbox. 

It also works for 1/32 scale models, like the yellow Opal that appears in some of the photos.

Como eu havia anunciado, eis aqui o "Somewhere At Vespucci Beach", um stand papercraft inspirado no videogame GTA V, para ser usado com miniaturas na escala 1/64, tais como Hot Wheels e Matchbox.

GTA V - Somewhere At Vespucci Beach Stand Diorama - by Papermau Download This Week!

The photo above, which in cinema language "breaks the fourth wall", is the result of illusion, angle, lighting and suggestion. 

"Illusion" because it is simply a sheet folded in half, at a 90 degree angle. 

"Angle" because the positioning of the thumbnail and the camera make all the difference. 

"Lighting" because, as you can see in the two images in this post, the artificial lighting (a common lamp with a "daylight" LED lamp) was positioned on the right side of the stand so that the vehicle's shadow matched the projected shadows through the buildings and objects in the scene, integrating the vehicle into the scene harmoniously. 

And finally, "Suggestion" because that's exactly what it is. Although the background image is "flat", 2D, the conjunction of the three factors above, combined with the fact that I "want" you to believe what your eyes see, causes you to see what I suggest you see.

A foto acima, que na linguagem do cinema "quebra a quarta parede", é resultado de ilusão, ângulo, iluminação e sugestão. 

"Ilusão" porque é simplesmente uma folha dobrada ao meio, em um ângulo de 90 graus. 

"Ângulo" porque o posicionamento da miniatura e da câmera fazem toda a diferença. 

"Iluminação" porque, como vocês podem perceber nas duas imagens deste post, a iluminação artificial (um abajur comum com lâmpada de LED "luz do dia") foi posicionada do lado direito do stand para que a sombra do veículo combinasse com as sombras projetadas pelos prédios e objetos do cenário, integrando o veículo ao cenário harmoniosamente. 

E por fim, "Sugestão" porque é isso mesmo. Embora a imagem de fundo seja "chapada", 2D, a conjunção dos três fatores acima, combinados com o fato que eu "quero" que você acredite no que seus olhos vêm, faz com que você veja o que eu sugiro que você veja.
