Loma Amarilla Diorama Paper Model For Miniatures In 1/64 Scaleby Marco Antonio Checa Funcke

I think that Hot Wheels and Matchbox collectors will love this Loma Amarilla diorama paper model In 1/64 scale, created by my friend, the Peruvian designer and modeler Marco Antonio Checa Funcke, from Mustang Fan Peru website. 

Marco said: "Loma Amarilla is the name of a wooded hill in the middle of Santiago de Surco, in Lima, here in Peru. 

There is also a beautiful park for the residents of the district. I took this photo of an intersection of avenues in front of the hill and used to create this simple diorama that can be used as background for photographing miniature vehicles in 1/64 scale."

Eu acho que os colecionadores de miniaturas Hot Wheels e Matchbox irão adorar este papercraft/diorama de Loma Amarilla na escala 1/64, criado pelo meu amigo, o designer peruano Marco Antonio Checa Funcke, do site Mustnag Fan Peru. 

Marco disse: - "Loma Amarilla é o nome de uma colina arborizada no meio de Santiago de Surco, em Lima, aqui no Perú. 

Há lá um belo parque para os moradores do distrito. Eu peguei esta foto de um cruzamento de avenidas em frente a colina e usei para criar este simples diorama que pode ser usado como fundo para fotografar miniaturas de carros na escala 1/64."

All these beautiful architectural paper models of railway stations and buildings inspired by real constructions located in Spain were created by designer and modeler Jubilata, from Maquetas & Modelos website. 

The friends who follow the blog will notice that several of these models have already been posted here, but as Jubilata has now put all her creations together on a single page, I leave here the link. 

Most of them are available in two scales: HO (1/87) and N (1/160).

In Brazil it is natural for families to get together on weekends to savor a good barbecue. 

Many homes have their own specific BBQ area and this paper model created by Brazilian designer and modeler Nigrafox, from Nigrafox Papermodels website, portrays to perfection of these constructions. 

All the details of a good barbecue area were replicated on paper. Nigrafox gave me the honor of posting this model here on the blog and I am very grateful for this. 

It's always a pleasure to show the work of friend modelers here from Brazil.

No Brasil é natural que as famílias se reúnam nos finais de semana para saborearem um bom churrasco.

U.S. Capitol Building Miniature Paper Model - by Paper Toys.Com

Offered by Paper Toys.Com website and occupying thee printed sheets, this is the miniature paper model version of the U.S. Capitol Building. 

The United States Capitol, often called The Capitol or the Capitol Building, is the meeting place of the United States Congress and the seat of the legislative branch of the U.S. federal government. It is located on Capitol Hill at the eastern end of the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Though no longer at the geographic center of the federal district, the Capitol forms the origin point for the district's street-numbering system and the district's four quadrants. 

The original building was completed in 1800. It was partly destroyed in the 1814 burning of Washington, then was fully restored within five years. The building was later enlarged, with the addition of a massive dome, and extended wings with expanded chambers for the bicameral legislature, the House of Representatives in the south wing and the Senate in the north wing. Like the principal buildings of the executive and judicial branches, the Capitol is built in the neoclassic style and has a white exterior. 

Both its east and west elevations are formally referred to as fronts, though only the east front was intended for the reception of visitors and dignitaries.

O Capitólio dos Estados Unidos foi construído em 1800 e é o prédio que serve como centro legislativo do Estado americano. O Capitólio é o local de reunião do Congresso estadunidense, formado pelo Senado (câmara alta) e pela Câmara dos Representantes (câmara baixa). 

O Capitólio fica localizado no bairro Capitol Hill em Washington, D.C. O edifício é destacado por sua cúpula central e por suas duas alas, cada qual para uma das câmaras do Congresso: na ala norte situa-se o Senado, enquanto na ala sul situa-se a Câmara dos Representantes. Acima destas câmaras encontram-se galerias a partir das quais os visitantes podem assistir as sessões. 

A estátua sobre a cúpula é a Estátua da Liberdade.
