Retro Style Television Paper Model - by Papermau - Download Now!

 photo retrotvpapermau0004_zps0ab66ae0.jpg
When I was a kid in the 1970s, there were no video games, cell phones, internet, cable television and even the remote control, the microwave oven and the video-cassette were objects of desire unattainable for ordinary people, at least here in Brazil. The school works were made by consulting books in the library and schools sang the national anthem and swore to flag every day. Electronic games, only in Arcades. Taito and Konami ruled. Pinball machines left fingers smelling of cigarette. Here in Brazil Mad Magazine was read hidden from parents, the thought indecent and Playboy was sold with a black plastic covering the cover. Who led a Playboy to school was considered "the man". This type of television marked a good part of my childhood and this paper model is a way to rediscover some of that time where things were more simple ...And of course, without a silent virus taking our lives and our loved ones and making us live in a kind of cheap fiction B movie.

 photo retrotvpapermau0005_zpsd39f4606.jpg

Himalayan Locomotive "Toy Train" Paper Model - by M.Kajiwara

Photobucket
The Real Thing

"Toy Train" is the nickname for the locomotives that travel the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway in India. The locomotives are loved for their cute, toy-like appearance, and the oldest one of them has been running for as many as 110 years.

Due to deterioration, most of the locomotives now run on diesel, but some are still powered by steam engines.
The Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, as its name suggests, runs through the mountains in the Darjeeling area, shipping tea or transporting passengers to cooler climates.
The train is currently registered as a World Heritage Site. - Canon

Japanese designer Chinpen created this nice paper model of the Giant Robot, inspired by the series he watched as a child.
