WW2`s Japanese Submarine Aircraft Carrier I-400-Class Paper Model In 1/200 Scale - by Paper Model Studio

This detailed paper model version in 1/200 scale of the WW2`s Japanese Submarine Aircraft Carrier I-400-Class is offered by Paper Model Studio, Japanese website. The I-400-class submarines from Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) were the largest submarines of World War II and remained the largest ever built until the construction of nuclear ballistic missile submarines in the 1960s. They were submarine aircraft carriers able to carry three Aichi M6A Seiran aircraft underwater to their destinations. They were designed to surface, launch their planes, then quickly dive again before they were discovered. They also carried torpedoes for close-range combat. They are considered the strategic predecessors to today’s ballistic submarines, especially to the Regulus missile program begun about a decade after World War II. The I-400 class was designed with the range to travel anywhere in the world and return. A fleet of 18 boats was planned in 1942, and work started on the first in January 1943 at the Kure, Hiroshima arsenal. AGK Publications is a German publishing company that, in addition to publishing and selling paper models, also preserves the tradition and history of this peculiar hobby. Today I highlight these Infantry Helmets, two paper models for kids originally published in 1897 (more than 120 years ago!), which has been preserved and are now made available to all, thanks to the generosity of this renowned German company. And these are just some of the beautiful and rare models available on the site, as you can see on the images that illustrate this post.

Against all the physical difficulties of the time and bureaucracy of the Soviet regime, the Russian inventor Fedor Abramovich Blinov created between the years of the decade of 1880 the first Russian tractor, simply called Blinov, a huge machine steamed. This paper model in 1/50 scale, which is a faithful copy of the real vehicle, was created by Russian designer Robototehnik, from the papercraft community Robototehnik-Paper.

Contra todas as dificuldades físicas da época e da burocracia do regime soviético, o inventor russo Fedor Abramovich Blinov criou entre os anos da década de 1880 o primeiro trator russo, chamado simplesmente de Blinov, uma máquina enorme movida à vapor. Este modelo de papel na escala 1/50, que é uma cópia fiel do veículo real, foi criado pelo designer russo Robototehnik, da comunidade de papercraft Robototehnik-Paper.
