Jerome John "Jerry" Garcia (August 1, 1942 – August 9, 1995) was an American musician who was best known for his lead guitar work, singing and songwriting with the band the Grateful Dead. Though he disavowed the role, Garcia was viewed by many as the leader or "spokesman" of the group. One of its founders, Garcia performed with the Grateful Dead for their entire thirty-year career (1965–1995). Garcia also founded and participated in a variety of side projects, including the Saunders-Garcia Band (with longtime friend Merl Saunders), Jerry Garcia Band, Old and in the Way, the Garcia/Grisman acoustic duo, Legion of Mary, and the New Riders of the Purple Sage (which Garcia co-founded with John Dawson and David Nelson).[1] He also released several solo albums, and contributed to a number of albums by other artists over the years as a session musician. He was well known by many for his distinctive guitar playing and was ranked 13th in Rolling Stone's "100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time" cover story. Later in life, Garcia was sometimes ill because of his unstable weight, and in 1986 went into a diabetic coma that nearly cost him his life. Although his overall health improved somewhat after that, he also struggled with heroin and cocaine addictions, and was staying in a California drug rehabilitation facility when he died of a heart attack in August 1995. - Wikipedia

Jerry Garcia, in his Glory Days

Jerome John "Jerry" Garcia (1 de agosto de 1942 - 9 de agosto de 1995) foi guitarrista , vocalista e letrista da lendária banda de rock psicodélico Grateful Dead. Foi considerado o 46º melhor guitarrista de todos os tempos pela revista norte-americana Rolling Stone. Sua carreira, contudo, foi muito mais abrangente, envolvendo vários outros projetos. Garcia começou tocando banjo e piano, passou para a guitarra e eventualmente se tornou mestre em instrumentos de corda, apesar de ter seu dedo médio amputado quando garoto. Morreu em 1995 em um centro de reabilitação para dependentes químicos na Califórnia, vítima de um ataque cardíaco , desde então virou uma figura Cult na cultura americana. - Wikipedia

Hungarian Hostel Paper Model - by Somodi Zoltan - Hospedaria Húngara

This is the Hungarian Hostel paper model, created by designer Somodi Zoltan. It is not an easy-to-build model, but is not so complex. The parts fit perfectly and the instructions are very detailed with pictures. You can choose between a color version or a black and white version. I think Mr. Zoltan went a step further in his technique, already so original and unique. Thanks, Somodi Zoltan! Greetings from Brazil to Hungary!

Esta é o modelo de papel de uma Hospedaria Húngara, criada pelo designer Somodi Zoltan. Apesar de não ser um dos modelos mais fáceis de montar de Zoltan, ao mesmo tempo não pode ser considerado um modelo complexo. As partes se encaixam perfeitamente e as instruções são bem detalhadas com fotos. Você pode escolher entre o modelo colorido e uma versão em preto e branco. Creio que com este modelo, o Sr. Zoltan deu um passo além em sua técnica, já tão particular e original. Obrigado, Somodi Zoltan! Saudações do Brasil à Hungria!
