As part of the restructuring and cleaning of the blog and also following the request of my friend CoCork from Zealot Forum, today I post here a model originally published in August, 2014. This is the The Cavern Club Diorama, an easy-to-build paper model in four sheets of paper. The Cavern Club is a nightclub at 10 Mathew Street, in Liverpool, England. The original Cavern Club opened on Wednesday 16 January 1957 as a jazz club, later becoming a centre of the rock and roll scene in Liverpool in the 1960s. The Beatles played in the club in their early years. The original Cavern Club closed in March 1973 and was filled in during construction work on the Merseyrail underground rail loop. The Cavern Club re-opened in 1984 and was rebuilt using many of the original bricks, to the original plans and on the same address, 10 Mathew Street. - read more: Cavern.Club.at.Wikipedia

Como parte da reestruturação e limpeza do blog e também atendendo ao pedido de meu amigo CoCork do Forum Zealot, hoje posto aqui um modelo originalmente publicado em Agosto de 2014. Este é o The Cavern Club Diorama, um modelo de papel fácil de montar, em quatro folhas de papel. O Cavern Club é uma boate situada na 10 Mathew Street, em Liverpool, Londres. O Cavern Club original era especializado em Jazz mas depois acabou tornando-se o centro da cena rocker londrina dos anos 1960. Os Beatles tocaram muito lá no começo de sua carreira. O Cavern Club original fechou suas portas em 1973 e foi demolido devido a obras do metrô. The Far East Movement Paper Toys - by Paper Foldables

Created by designer Bryan, from Paper Foldables website, here are the Far East Movement paper toys. Far East Movement is an American hip hop band quartet based in Los Angeles. The group was formed in 2003 and consists of Kev Nish (Kevin Nishimura), Prohgress (James Roh), J-Splif (Jae Choung), and DJ Virman (Virman Coquia). 

Far East Movement's first claim to fame was their song "Round Round" featured in the Hollywood movie, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, and its subsequent soundtrack, video game and DVD. Since "Round Round", the group has been featured on various network shows including CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, Entourage, Gossip Girl, and Finishing the Game (a featured film at Sundance 2007). Their single "Like a G6" featuring singer Dev hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart and on iTunes as well in late October 2010. 

Far East Movement also has the distinction of being the first Asian-American group to earn a #1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States.

A drum kit (also drum set) is a collection of drums, cymbals and often other percussion instruments, such as cowbells, wood blocks, triangles, chimes, or tambourines, arranged for convenient playing by a single person, sometimes called the drummer. The individual instruments of a drum kit are hit by a variety of implements held in the hand, including sticks, brushes, and mallets. Two exceptions include the bass drum, played by a foot-operated pedal, and the hi-hat cymbals, which may be struck together using a foot pedal in addition to being played with sticks or brushes. Although other instruments can be played using a pedal, the feet are usually occupied by the bass drum and hi hat, and as a result the drummer often plays in a seated position. Percussion notation is often used by drummers to signify which drum kit components are to be played. A full size drum kit without any additional percussion instruments includes a bass drum, floor tom, snare drum, tom-toms, and a variety of cymbals including hi-hat cymbals, a ride cymbal and one or more crash cymbals. The exact set-up is dictated by the type of music played and the drummer's personal preferences. For example, in most forms of rock music, the bass drum, hi-hat and snare drum are the primary instruments used to create a drum beat, whereas in jazz, ride and snare patterns tend to be more prevalent and the hi-hat is played with the foot. - Wikipedia
