Charles-Édouard Jeanneret, better known as Le Corbusier , (1887 –1965), was an architect, designer, urbanist and writer, famous for being one of the pioneers of what is now called modern architecture. He was born in Switzerland and became a French citizen in 1930. 

His career spanned five decades, with his buildings constructed throughout Europe, India and America. He was a pioneer in studies of modern high design and was dedicated to providing better living conditions for the residents of crowded cities. 

Le Corbusier adopted his pseudonym in the 1920s, allegedly deriving it in part from the name of a distant ancestor, "Lecorbésier." - Wikipedia

Charles-Edouard Jeanneret-Gris, mais conhecido pelo pseudónimo de Le Corbusier, (1887 — 1965) foi um arquiteto, urbanista e pintor francês de origem suíça. 

É considerado juntamente com Frank Lloyd Wright, Alvar Aalto, Mies van der Rohe e Oscar Niemeyer, um dos mais importantes arquitectos do século XX. 

Conhecido por ter sido o criador da Unité d'Habitation, conceito sobre o qual começou a trabalhar na década de 1920. Aos 29 anos mudou-se para Paris, onde adotou o seu pseudónimo, que foi buscar no nome do seu avô materno, originário da região de Albi. 

A sua figura era marcada pelos seus óculos redondos de aros escuros. Morreu por afogamento em 27 de agosto de 1965. - Wikipedia

Created by Argentinian designer and modeler Miguel Angel Tadakuma, aka StormL, this is Rokusho, the robot, from Medabots, Japanese videogame and anime series. 

Medabots, known in Japan as Medarot, or Medarotto, is a role-playing videogame franchise developed by Natsume and published by Imagineer in Japan in 1997. The video game franchise was later adapted into a Japanese anime television series produced by Bee Train. Spanning 52 episodes, the series originally aired on TV Tokyo from July 2, 1999 until June 30, 2000. 

You will find the model in two formats: PDF and PDO (Pepakura), so you can print the model with the PDF format and use the PDO format as guide, because it can be visualized in 3D. 

Using Pepakura, when the file opens, you will be asked for a password. Just ignore it and click on the option "open with Pekaura Viewer" that appears right below the password space.

The Ephemeral Museum - GTA V - Re-Perez Auto Service Paper ModelAssembled by Guillermo "Angus" Buttini

My friend Guillermo "Angus" Buttini, aka Viajero Gasolinero, from Mendoza, Argentina, built the Re-Perez Auto Service and kindly sent me some photos of his nice work. He said he uses this diorama as stand for his miniatures in 1/60 and 1/64 scale. About the Ephemeral Museum:

I "am in the paper modeling" since 2005, although I've had contact with paper models from my childhood in the 1970s, via magazines that were sold sporadically in newsagents. I remember magazines with houses to build and dioramas/playsets of airports, western forts, nativity scenes and the like. With the advent of the internet what happened was simply a revival of the papercraft hobby for me and many other people of my generation. Today I am opening a new session here on the blog, the Ephemeral Museum , which is a place where I will show some of the models that I built all these years. I would also like this to be a space where all modelers friends could show their work, so if anyone wants to participate in this "museum", just send photos of your work and a few words, if you want, to the e-mail:

Eu "estou no papelmodelismo" desde 2005, embora eu já tivesse contato com modelos de papel desde minha infância, nos anos 1970, via revistas que eram vendidas esporadicamente em bancas de jornal. Lembro que haviam revistas com casas para montar e dioramas/playsets de aeroportos, fortes-apache, presépios e coisas do tipo. Com o advento da internet o que houve foi simplesmente um renascimento do hobby do papelmodelismo para mim e muitas outras pessoas de minha geração. Hoje eu estou inaugurando uma nova sessão aqui no blog, o Ephemeral Museum, que é um lugar aonde irei mostrar alguns dos modelos que eu construí em todos estes anos. Também gostaria que esse fosse um espaço aonde todos os amigos modelistas pudessem mostrar seus trabalhos, sendo assim, se alguém quiser participar deste "museu", basta mandar fotos de seu trabalho e algumas palavras para o e-mail abaixo:

Mi amigo Guillermo "Angus" Buttini, aka Viajero Gasolinero, de Mendoza, en Argentina, escribió gentilmente sobre el trabajo de su hermano, Mauro Buttini, que pegou o Ammu-Nation Gun Shop Paper Model e personalizó com texturas en alta definición y el tamaño adecuado para miniaturas en la escala 1/43 (cuando se imprime en formato A3). Eu agradeço ao Angus y al Mauro por la gentileza en dejar-me presentar este modelo aquí no blog y abaixo os deixo com algumas palabras escritas por Angus: - "En mi constante búsqueda por mejorar las fotografías que tomo para la colección de autos de mi blog (misporschecitos.blogspot.com) ,me encontré con la grata sorpresa de que existía este magnifico blog de Mauther en el que podía descargar modelos para acompañar mis autitos en cada publicación. Con el tiempo , continuando con mi búsqueda por mejorar mis publicaciones, le pedí a mi hermano Mauro que mejore un modelo de papercraft que hallé en este blog para adecuarlo más a mi colección, con texturas en alta definición para modelos en escala 1/43 (quando impresso no formato A3).
