This model was created by Japanese designer Kujiracraft and the beautiful assembly that you see in the image above was made by German modeler Reinhard Fabisch. This weekend we have a "great little model" of the Black Pearl, the famous pirate ship from Pirates of Caribbean movies. I said "great" because it is a really beautiful and well done paper model, and said "little" because it is really little, but just in size. This model was created by German designer and modeler Oliver Bizer, aka Olvar and was posted at Papiermodell Austria, a very good forum about paper models. The Weekend Pic - Beijing Drum Tower Paper Model - by Seascape / Stahlhart

This really beautiful paper model of the Beijing Drum Tower in 1/300 scale was created by German designer Christoph Stahl, aka Stahlhart and here in this post you can see the model assembled by German modeler Seascape. Build under Emperor Yongle in 1420, the Beijing Drum Tower was the Center of time-keeping in the Capital city, announcing full hours by huge drums until 1924. The current structure was the result of repairs and reconstructions in 1800. Este belíssimo modelo de papel da Torre dos Tambores de Pequim, na escala 1/300, foi criada pelo designer alemão Christoph Stahl, aka Stahlhart e aqui neste post você vê uma foto do modelo montado pelo modelista também alemão Seascape. Construído durante o reinado imperador Yongle em 1420, a Torre dos Tambores de Pequim era uma espécie de relógio da cidade, anunciando as horas cheias através do ribombar de seus enormes tambores até o ano de 1924. A torre que existe atualmente é resultado de reparos e reconstruções ocorridos entre os anos de 1800. Amon Finn says: - "Well, I'm 44 years old, living near Hannover, germany. At the age of 16 I made my first paper models and I recovered the hobby again. This Black Pearl model has been scaled down from 1/100 to 1/220 and I added some textures together with acrylic paint and other material... Well thats it so far All the best for you and greetings from Germany, Alex"

Eis aqui o Pérola Negra, o barco pirata, criado pelo designer japonês UHU 02 e aqui montado por Amon Finn. Obrigado, Amon finn, por esta bela foto! Amon Finn é da Alemanha e tem 44 anos. Seus primeiros modelos de papel foram montados quando ele tinha 16 anos. ele diz que esse modelo do Pérola Negra foi reescalado de 1/100 para 1/220 e ele criou algumas texturas misturando tintas acrílica e outros materiais.

The great modeler, Mr. Thomas Meek, takes a simple vintage paper model of the Eifell Tower, preserved and shared by French website Agence Eureka, and with some hard work and patience, created a litle work of art on paper. There are no construction report of this model, but I think it is not necessary, because it is a simple model and all the details that make this model unique, were made by the modeler, Mr. Thomas Meek.

O grande modelista, Sr. Thomas Meek, pegou um antigo modelo de papel da Torre Eifell, preservado e compartilhado pelo site francês Agence Eureka, e com muito trabalho e paciência, criou uma pequena obra de arte em papel. Não há uma sequência de montagem deste modelo, mas eucreio que não seja necessário, pois é um modelo relativamente simples e, toda a beleza que vemos nas fotos, se deve ao trabalho de relojoeiro do Sr. Thomas Meek.
