Robots have always held a special place in the world of paper toys. Twiki tem um visual simpático e amigável, lembrando aqueles pequenos assistentes eletrônicos vistos em desenhos e filmes de ficção científica. Já Berzerk 2600 presta homenagem aos robôs do clássico videogame Berzerk, lançado em 1980, recriando em papel o charme dos gráficos simples que marcaram uma geração inteira de jogadores.

O modelo captura perfeitamente o humor exagerado e a personalidade desastrada que fizeram do personagem um dos mascotes mais queridos da franquia.

Instead of reproducing specific famous players, the idea behind this collection is to represent each national team through simple and charming Minecraft-style characters. The result is a colorful and fun set of paper toys, perfect for decorating a desk, following the World Cup matches, or even creating small sports-themed dioramas.

The FIFA World Cup 2026 is especially meaningful for fans in the United States, as the country shares hosting duties with Canada and Mexico in the first edition of the tournament held across three nations. Inspired by Pikachu Libre, one of the most charismatic and unique versions of the Pokémon universe, this beautiful papercraft was created by the talented designer Darkcrash and is available for free at the Papercraft LED website.

With its design inspired by traditional Mexican lucha libre, complete with mask, cape and champion pose, Pikachu Libre has won the hearts of many fans since its debut in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, later appearing in Pokkén Tournament and becoming one of the most popular variations of the franchise's iconic mascot.

This model is highly detailed and, once assembled, faithfully recreates every feature of the character. The complete papercraft is spread across nine printable sheets and is available as a PDF download. It also includes the original PDO file.

This file can be opened using the free version of Pepakura Viewer, allowing you to view the model in full 3D, freely rotate every part, understand how each piece fits together and greatly simplify the assembly process, especially in the more complex sections.

When opening the PDO file for the first time with the free version of Pepakura Viewer, a password request window may appear. The Orion Spacecraft Official NASA Papercraft For Kids And Space Exploration Fans

This beautiful Orion space capsule papercraft is an official educational model created and released by NASA itself in its Learning Resources section aimed at students from Kindergarten through 4th Grade.

The model is inspired by the real Orion spacecraft, the vehicle developed by NASA for the Artemis program, the new generation of space missions that aims to take astronauts back to the Moon and, in the future, prepare crewed missions to Mars.

According to NASA itself, Orion will travel attached to the gigantic Space Launch System rocket, carrying astronauts on long duration missions around the Moon and beyond. The spacecraft is composed of three major sections, including the Crew Module, where astronauts live and work, and the Service Module, responsible for power, propulsion, water and life support systems.

One very interesting fact is that the Orion capsule was designed to withstand atmospheric reentry speeds exceeding 20,000 miles per hour, making it one of the fastest spacecraft ever built for human transportation.

Another curiosity is that Orion is larger and far more technologically advanced than the Apollo capsules used during the lunar missions of the 1960s and 1970s. It was created for much longer and more complex missions, including journeys that may last weeks or even months in deep space.

It is also interesting to know that Orion has a powerful emergency escape system capable of pulling the capsule away from the rocket in fractions of a second if something goes wrong during launch. This system is considered one of the safest ever developed by NASA.

The papercraft itself is surprisingly detailed for an educational model aimed at children and beginners. Even so, the assembly remains relatively simple and accessible, making it perfect for schools, science fairs, educational activities or simply for anyone passionate about space exploration and papercraft.

The PDF file includes assembly diagrams, numbered parts and a beautiful display stand decorated with stars, asteroids, the Moon, Earth and Mars. NASA itself encouraged students and enthusiasts to share their builds using the hashtag #MyOrion, which ended up generating many very interesting photos posted by students, teachers and space exploration fans across the United States.

One especially interesting detail is that this is not a fictional spacecraft or just an artistic concept. Orion is a real spacecraft currently being used in the Artemis program, making this model not only fun to build, but also historically important.

Também é interessante saber que a Orion possui um poderoso sistema de escape de emergência capaz de arrancar a cápsula para longe do foguete em frações de segundo caso aconteça algum problema durante o lançamento. Esse sistema é considerado um dos mais seguros já desenvolvidos pela NASA.

O papercraft em si é surpreendentemente detalhado para um modelo educativo voltado para crianças e iniciantes. Mesmo assim, a montagem continua relativamente simples e acessível, sendo perfeita para escolas, feiras de ciências, atividades educativas ou simplesmente para qualquer pessoa apaixonada por exploração espacial e papercraft.

ZOOMIE XD1 - Retro-Futuristic One-Sheet Space Vehicle Papercraft by Space Gooose

Created by the talented artist and designer known as space gooose, this little paper space vehicle called "ZOOMIE XD1" is one of those simple but extremely charismatic papercrafts that immediately catch the eye. Presented in six different colors plus an additional black-and-white version for you to color however you like, the model features a very striking retro-futuristic look, reminiscent at the same time of small flying cars, compact patrol ships and those stylized futuristic vehicles commonly seen in science fiction movies and animated productions from the late 1970s and early 1980s.

The entire model fits on a single printed sheet and seems to have been intentionally designed to be quick and fun to assemble. Even so, it still includes several nice little details, such as side wings, visible rear thrusters, an illustrated cockpit and subtle weathering effects that give the vehicle that classic “used future” appearance so common in traditional sci-fi universes.

One particularly charming detail is the tiny cat pilot (or perhaps some kind of alien creature?) visible through the cockpit window, giving the model a fun and friendly personality. The hand-drawn textures and sketch-like lines further reinforce the experimental and artistic nature of the project, making the model look like something taken directly from an indie animated movie or a concept art sketchbook.

According to the author himself, this papercraft started as a small creative experiment and, honestly, the final result turned out really good. Models like this show that a papercraft does not necessarily need to be large or extremely complex to be interesting and enjoyable. Sometimes a clever design, appealing colors and a strong visual identity are already more than enough.

Segundo o próprio autor, este papercraft surgiu como uma pequena experiência criativa e, sinceramente, o resultado ficou muito bom. Modelos assim mostram que um papercraft não precisa necessariamente ser grande ou extremamente complexo para ser interessante e divertido. Às vezes, um design inteligente, boas cores e uma identidade visual forte já são mais do que suficientes.

Even though Halloween is still a few months away, I decided to publish this little Halloween House right now. Sometimes inspiration simply appears out of season and, honestly, I think fun little haunted houses like this one work well at any time of the year. So here it is.
