Halloween Special - Phantom Manor - by Ray Keim
I created this model for entertainment purposes only. It represents over six months of work, taking hundreds of hours to design. I am now offering it for free to any mansion fan who would like it, as a token of appreciation for all the phenomenal support I have received since starting this site, and also in the hopes that it will encourage others to share their art and ideas freely online. I hope it is enjoyed, and shared. All I ask is that my name and credit appear on the model and documents. And please do not repackage it, or try to sell it in a modified form. - Ray Keim

Halloween Special - Barbie Scale Guillotine - by Tektonten
Tektonten is a very nice blog about paper models and have some original models made by the author.
Here is my contribution to the collection of free Halloween papercraft on the Internet this year: a guillotine! I had downloaded a 3D model of a bloody guillotine by designer "Smirnoffka" earlier this year thinking I might do a papercraft of it sometime and finally decided it would work best as a Halloween papercraft. I chose to scale the guillotine to the size of a Barbie doll because there was something just so ironic and disturbing about associating smiling Barbie with a gruesome instrument of death. - Tektonten

Da Vinci`s Mechanical Hammer - by Paper Pino - Martelo de Da Vinci
This is one of the simplest machines designed by Leonardo in order to improve the human performance. A lever connected to the hammer is moved by means of an eccentric cam. At each turn of the handle, the hammer gives a stroke. As a matter of fact, the real hammer is supposed to be powered by a water paddle-wheel. An implementation with a paddle-wheel powered by sand is planned for the next future. - Paper Pino
- Paper Pino
The model is made up with 44 parts, that can be assembled without glue thanks to the Removable Interlocking Pin System (RIPS).
The complete set, inclusive of the assembling instructions, can be contained in an elegant kit box (to build).

Hinakazari Japanese Decoration - by Canon - Decoração Japonesa
A hinakazari is a set of dolls displayed in homes at the Peach Festival, to pray for the healthy upbringing of girls. In the early Edo Period, only a pair of male and female dolls were displayed, in either an upright position ("tachihina" or standing dolls) or in a sitting position ("suwarihina" or sitting dolls). As time went by many other patterns came to be used, and around the end of the Edo Period and the start of the Meiji period, people began to display the "three ladies in waiting" or marital furniture, making large-scale decoration sets. This paper craft recreates a hinakazari, centering on the emperor and emperess dolls, who are surrounded by three ladies in waiting and tiered boxes, a palanquin, and other items on a three-tiered display stand. The final product is quite large, measuring 28cm high, 44cm wide, and 41cm deep. Take your time to construct it carefully. - Canon
- Canon
