The designer Dominik Kempen, aka Desktro2k, created this perfect paper model version of the creep Big Sister from the first-person shooter video game BioShock 2.

He said: - "For all who followed me the last time, you can imagine how happy I am, that this gigantic project is finally done. Three months (pure building time) of work are over. It was hard, it was frustrating but all in one it was just worth. Seeing her standing on my desk is just a satisfaction for all the work i put in. Quite every edge was recolored to hide the white spots. I put so much soul into this project that I believe a bit more and this model would jump right from my desk."

On BioShock 2, the Big Sisters are Little Sisters from the original Bioshock (aged by 10 years), that traveled to the shores to kidnap little girls to re-populate the little sisters in Rapture. They are sent out by Sofia Lamb to keep balance in Rapture, and add extra protection for the Little Sisters. They are one of the main enemies in Bioshock 2 and can come in groups no larger than two, but most commonly one will appear to face you. They wield a long needle on their arm that is used for extracting ADAM. They are very quick and agile and a force to be reckoned with.

Ele disse: - "Para todos os que me acompanham, vocês podem imaginar como estou feliz que esse gigantesco projeto está finalmente pronto. Três meses (tempo somente de montagem) acabaram. Foi difícil, foi frustrante, mas tudo valeu a pena, enfim. Vê-la em pé na minha mesa é satisfação suficiente por todo o trabalho que eu tive. Todas as bordas foram coloridas para esconder as partes brancas. Eu coloquei tanta alma nesse projeto que acredito que, um pouco mais e esse modelo pularia direto da minha mesa."

No videogame Bioshock 2, as Big Sisters são Little Sisters do Bioshock original (envelhecidas em 10 anos), que foram enviadas para sequestrar meninas para serem Little Sisters em Rapture. Elas foram enviadas por Sofia Lamb para manter o equilíbrio em Rapture e prover proteção extra para as Little Sisters. Elas são um dos principais inimigos de Bioshock 2 e podem vir em grupos de ao menos duas, mas geralmente uma deles aparecerá para você. Elas empunham uma longa agulha no braço que é usada para extrair o ADAM. Elas são muito rápidas e ágeis e uma força a ser considerada.
