Japanese Trains Papercraft Collection - by Japan Railway Company

Offered by Japan Railway Company website, some of these paper models of train have already been posted here on the blog, but others (such as the Panda Kuroshio Smile Adventure Train Series 287 express, which consists of a train and five wagons) are new.

This realistic paper model of a Gonden Fish was created by Japanese designer and modeler M. OZap and was originally posted at Pepakura Gallery community. 

To view and print this model you will need Pepakura Viewer Free Version (link at the end of this post).

Mad Max - V8 Interceptor, Big Bopper & Thunder Road Warrior Paper Model - by Longtails Cafe

Created by Japanese designer and modeler Doumier Smith from Longtails Cafe website, here are three paper models inspired by Mad Max, the classic Australian film made in the confines of Australia, with little money, a lot of imagination and an unknown actor named Mel Gibson. 

You have the V8 Interceptor in two versions, new and damaged, you have the Bopper Inteceptor and a Road Warrior. 

As an extra, you'll find Blade Runner's Police Spinner, in a version with detailed cabin interior.

Criados pelo designer e modelista japonês Doumier Smith do site Longtails Cafe, aqui estão três modelos de papel inspirados em Mad Max, o clássico filme australiano feito nos confins da Austrália, com pouca grana, muita imaginação e com um ator desconhecido chamado Mel Gibson. 

Você tem o V8 Interceptor em duas versões, íntegra e danificada, tem o Inteceptor Bopper e um Guerreiro das Estradas. 

Como extra, você encontra o Police Spinner, de Blade Runner, em uma versão com interior da cabine detalhada.

About the Ephemeral Museum:

I "am in the paper modeling" since 2005, although I've had contact with paper models from my childhood in the 1970s, via magazines that were sold sporadically in newsagents. I remember magazines with houses to build and dioramas/playsets of airports, western forts, nativity scenes and the like. With the advent of the internet what happened was simply a revival of the papercraft hobby for me and many other people of my generation. Today I am opening a new session here on the blog, the Ephemeral Museum , which is a place where I will show some of the models that I built all these years. I would also like this to be a space where all modelers friends could show their work, so if anyone wants to participate in this "museum", just send photos of your work and a few words, if you want, to the e-mail:

Eu "estou no papelmodelismo" desde 2005, embora eu já tivesse contato com modelos de papel desde minha infância, nos anos 1970, via revistas que eram vendidas esporadicamente em bancas de jornal. Lembro que haviam revistas com casas para montar e dioramas/playsets de aeroportos, fortes-apache, presépios e coisas do tipo. Com o advento da internet o que houve foi simplesmente um renascimento do hobby do papelmodelismo para mim e muitas outras pessoas de minha geração. Hoje eu estou inaugurando uma nova sessão aqui no blog, o Ephemeral Museum, que é um lugar aonde irei mostrar alguns dos modelos que eu construí em todos estes anos. Também gostaria que esse fosse um espaço aonde todos os amigos modelistas pudessem mostrar seus trabalhos, sendo assim, se alguém quiser participar deste "museu", basta mandar fotos de seu trabalho e algumas palavras para o e-mail abaixo:

Hand Colored House Paper Model - by Papermau - Download Now!

As part of the restructuring and cleaning of the blog, today I post here a model originally published in April, 2014. This is my first attempt to make a hand-colored paper model. I used as base the Simple House Paper Model For Kids , a little black and white model posted at the blog in march, 09, 2014.

Como parte da reestruturação e limpeza do blog, hoje posto aqui um modelo originalmente publicado em Abril de 2014. Esta é minha primeira tentativa de fazer um modelo de papel colorido à mão. Eu usei como base a Simples Casinha de Papel Para Crianças, um modelo em preto e branco postado aqui no blog em 09 de março deste ano.

I painted the house with colored pencils and scanned the original model in a multi-functional printer. The result you can see on the images of this post.

Eu pintei a casinha com lápis coloridos e escaneei o modelo original em uma multi-funcional. O resultado é esse que você vê nas imagens deste post.

2010`s Cargo Truck Paper Model In 1/43 Scale - by Epson Japan

Offered by Epson, Japanese website, here is a transporter carrying machine and parts to race circuits all over the country. The paper craft was reproduced in 1/43 scale as an intermediate version. Two types of transporter, team version and white version, HSV-010 GT for storage are also set.

Vocaloid - Hatsune Miku Paper Toy - by Randyfivesix

This cute paper toy of Hatsune Miku was created by North American designer and modeler Randyfivesix. Hatsune Miku is a Vocaloid software voicebank developed by Crypton Future Media and its official moe anthropomorph, a teenage girl with long, turquoise twintails. She uses Yamaha Corporation's Vocaloid 2, Vocaloid 3, and Vocaloid 4 singing synthesizing technologies. The name of the character comes from merging the Japanese words for first (初, hatsu), sound (音, ne), and future (ミク, miku), thus meaning "the first sound of the future", referring to her position as the first of Crypton's "Character Vocal Series".

Este simpático paper toy da Hatsune Miku foi criada pelo designer e modelista norte-americano Randyfivesix. Hatsune Miku é uma Vocaloid dublada por um sintetizador de voz desenvolvido pela Crypton Future Media. Hatsune Miku é retratada como uma menina de 16 anos de idade, com duas longas maria-chiquinhas na cor Azul-Piscina. O nome da personagem vem da fusão das palavras em japonesas para "o primeiro" (初 hatsu), "som" (音 ne) e "futuro" (ミク miku) e soa como uma leitura nanori de "futuro", referindo-se a sua posição como a primeira Vocaloid da Crypton. De acordo com a Crypton, o nome escolhido foi para significar "o primeiro som do futuro".
