As part of the restructuring and cleaning of the blog, today I post here a model originally published in August, 2015. Here is the second and last part of the construction report of the Old Stone House With Well. This is a simple model consisting in only 23 pieces and more one if you counting the optional base. I printed in A4 format and it fits nice for 50 mm figures, as you can see in the first photo of this post. The download link is at the end of this post, as always. Enjoy!

Como parte da reestruturação e limpeza do blog, hoje posto aqui um modelo originalmente publicado em Agosto de 2015. Aqui está a segunda e última parte da montagem fotográfica da Velha Casa de Pedra com Poço. Este é um modelo bem simples que consiste em apenas 23 peças e mais uma, se você contar com a base opcional. Eu imprimí em formato A4 e ela ficou em um tamanho perfeito para miniaturas em 50 mm, como você pode ver na primeira foto deste post. O link para download está no final do post, como sempre. Bom divertimento!

Here we are with the fifth part of the assembly the paper model of the Old House. On the previous post I had said that we would start putting all the pieces together, so, lets go!
...............................................................................................................................................................................Aqui estamos com a quinta parte da montagem do modelo de papel da Casa Antiga. No post anterior eu havia dito que começaríamos a colocar todas as peças juntas, então, vamos lá!

On the images above and below, you can see the work of reinforcement of the walls, using cardboard, a lot of cardboard. This is important if you do not want your little house begin to warp over time. What's more, if it's to do, let's do it well, or go build Lego kits.
...............................................................................................................................................................................Nas imagens acima e abaixo, vocês podem ver o trabalho de reforço das paredes, usando-se papelão, muito papelão. Isso é importante, se você não quiser que sua pequena casa comece a empenar com o passar do tempo. Além do mais, se é para fazer, que seja bem feito, senão é melhor ir montar kits de Lego.

We must not forget to reinforce the structure of the roof too (iamges below).

The roof. And here the problems began. As I drew this template on MsPaint, I did most of the work in 2D, then assembling the 3D model on SketchUp. When I drew the roof, I absentmindedly put the chimney flue on the wrong side. The result can be seen in the image below. I had to redraw and print again.

E aqui começaram os problemas. Como eu desenhei este modelo no MsPaint, eu fiz a maioria do trabalho em 2D, montando depois o modelo em 3D no Sketchup. Quando desenhei o telhado, distraidamente coloquei o vão da chaminé do lado errado. O resultado pode ser visto na imagem abaixo. Tive que redesenhar e imprimir novamente.

I printed another roof with the right side of the chimney, and when I glued it, again distractedly I strapped it on the wrong side, with the chimney going to the side of the stairs. I had to "pull it out" with care. Fortunately, as the model had been reinforced on the walls and lining, there was no major damage to the structure. Even so, I decided to stop here for today. More soon.
...............................................................................................................................................................................Imprimí outro telhado com o lado certo da chaminé e quando fui colá-lo, novamente por distração colei do lado errado, com o vão da chaminé para o lado da escada. Tive que "arrancá-lo" com cuidado. Por sorte, como o modelo havia sido reforçado nas paredes e no forro, não houve grandes estragos na estrutura. Mesmo assim, eu resolvi parar por aqui por hoje. Mais em breve.
